good "beginner" female workout routines?

gf went off birth control 2 months ago and went cold turkey on adderal at the same time. since then, she has slowly started gaining weight. she's still very thin (diagnosed as anorexic, BMI below 17) but she's noticed. I wouldn't mind her getting up to a normal BMI as I've grown to prefer that look (especially considering she stores fat primarily in her breasts and thighs - she showed me pics of her back when she was a chubby teen and her stomach and arms were still really thin, no double chin either).

she's come to me for advice. she wants a good beginner workout routine that'll help her get back into fitness. I don't know much about female fitness, I only know that women should basically do the same routines as men because they lack testosterone and won't get big anyway, but she wants something with less focus on free weights for the first few months because she's intimidated by them.

advice?

LITERALLY get her on Starting Strength or StrongLifts. Yes, females do Starting Strength or StrongLifts as well and do well from them.

How come she was doing Adderall (AKA Meth)?

I unironically think SS is better for women. And strength programs in general. From my experience women do primarily compounds, they are always hoarding the power racks. Squats and deadlifts. Some even do bench. Now that I think about it, I feel like >90% of men in the gym are doing a brosplit and women, I have never seen that. I have never seen women train like a bodybuilder. They do 3-4 compounds and out the gym, which is good imho.

Because they aren't trying to build muscle moron. Isn't it obvious?

how the frick is this piece of garbage still shilled is beyond me. I suppose its that it allows you to put in necessary effort in easiest exercises without ever wanting to think about biomechanics and actual risk to reward ratio.

    >KB swings x100 (up to 500 eventually)
    >KB single leg suitcase RDL 3x10 each leg
    >KB goblet squats 3x10
    >KB suitcase deadlifts 3x10 each side
    >Hip thrusts 3x10 to failure
    >30mins of shadow boxing, rowing, air bike, etc. Intensive cardio
She does this she will be hot as frick you're welcome.

OP this isn't fricking rocket science, all of the info is freely available here in the sticky and generally on interwebs.
Females need less intensity and more reps workout-wise and more frequency and variance program-wise as they tend to get bored quicker. Also 3:2 ratio on respectively lower/upper body workouts. If you want her to look really muscular, switch that up. That should easily put her up with sweet noob gains.
As to exercise selection, just pick up 5 for big groups and 3 for small groups and rotate them, holy shit.

more or less passable, but then again this the "zoomer centaur gymthot" workout schedule, so if you're into it?

definitely not wife material. she probably would snort adderalls and go on 3 day long frick binges with 4-5 guys cumming inside her over and over

The issue is that birth control destroys both your womb and your frontal cortex, making you a terrible mother the more you use it. If she was on top of that using aderal then it means there's something wrong with her brain already and it would be a bad specimen anyway. These kind of people ought not reproduce.

Cope all you want. There is a reason why both childhood disorders and mental illnesses among women have skyrocket with "no explanation".
