Good mornin' everyone. I start off with 10 eggs, which is about 600 calories and 45g of protein. Some might say it's actually more protein and calories, but don't forget some parts of the egg are left in egg shells, and some parts are glued to the pan.
Bulking is not going as well as I wanted, but trying is my only option. Not giving up.

I like it, I grew up with fat frick family that eats like shit so having people show their healthy meals without making puking and gagging faces helps a lot. It's comfy. With my upbringing and environment stuff like sweet cottage cheese or straight up a bowl of eggs with no bread was unthinkable. I really appreciate it.

I didn't whine yesterday, but yesterday's cottage cheese tasted like shit without honey. I hope grandpa will give me more honey and milk soon, but he didn't call, so I'll keep waiting.
Today I've tried adding more sugar and a bit of jam that I don't like even. But I doubt it will really fix that. Well, I pay about 12-13 UAH for 200g, so ofcourse this cheese is expected to be bad.

The honey he has is very tasty. He also gets free milk at work and gives it to all the family members. I used to decline his prooposals, but now I always happy to receive some milk.
Normal cottage cheese here is 3x time more expensive, I just don't have money for that. I hope the shitty one I buy at least has the proteins that are stated in it.
So silly of me not bulking up when I had somewhat stable job before war, I never really knew how to eat and all that. I eat slightly more than 2000 calories a day and I've seen the results of gaining some meat to my bones. It's small, but it's working. I wish I discovered calories and shit when I could afford eating maybe 4000kcal a day.

Tired. After a bit of wageslavin', grandpa called and said he got milk. Came to him, he gave me milk, honey and a bit of apple pie his wife made.
Lights went off about half an hour ago.
