Vegans have replacements for just about anything you can eat. There's really nothing a vegan is missing out on these days >vegan burgers >vegan hot dogs >vegan steak >vegan chicken >vegan mayo >vegan egg
There's literally no downsides to being vegan in 2023
I dont use seasoning for my steaks but if you do and try to mimick the tastes you'll even notice the difference in texture. The difference between muscle fibers and plant fibers is very noticeable. The best you can hope for is lab grown meat
>Just season this crappy tasting food until you enjoy it
I shouldn't have to add seasoning for my steak to taste like a steak. You vegans literally can't eat your food without seasoning the shit taste away lmao

I'm sorry but anyone who doesn't season their steak has no taste buds and a dull personality

Seasoning is delicious. Unseaoned steak is bland and doesnt make your mouth water in anticipation. Must be the autism that makes you this way. Sorry bout that
Vegans delude themselves like this and it comes off as soulless and stupid frankly. I am vegan for reasons, none of this shit tastes as good as meat, eggs and cheese. Some of it can be enjoyable, vegan restaurants can be enjoyable but it's all like taking a shower in a raincoat, sex with a condom... it's just not the same. And that's purely on the value of consuming it. There is no cholesterol and certain micronutrients are missing. If I couldn't afford supplements I'd go back to eating eggs and meat right now and just compartmentalize the whole supply chain like everyone else.
Vegan replacements aren't 100% identical to their non vegan counterparts. Of course the taste/texture is going to be different and geared more towards a Vegans palate. The point of vegan replacements is that you can use them to eat vegan versions of non vegan foods. If you want to eat a burger, you can eat a burger shaped vegan alternative.
Expecting a patty made of blackheads to somehow taste and feel just like a beef patty is insane.
>different
Yes, shittier. I don't want to eat a shitty burger or shitty pizza, I'll eat some well prepared vegan food instead.
>Expecting a patty made of blackheads to somehow taste and feel just like a beef patty is insane
Oh I strongly agree. That's why this counterpart logic is moronic.
Pizza I think you got to be tripping but I’ve had some great vegan food. Mainly Indian. Vegan food becomes shit when they try and replace and go head to head with meat. They make some vegan hamburger or vegan chicken tenders and it’s always shitty. When they make their own stuff it’s good.
No, it's all worse. And I already said vegan restaurants can be enjoyable. To me this more sounds like you never traveled much or eat very good pizza, or you own a vegan pizzeria because it's just not as good. I've had vegan pizza that was decent but it was nothing to the best NYC pizza I've had, it would MOG any vegan pizza into oblivion.
My 2 sisters are vegetarian and my brother is vegan so I've eaten a bunch of "meat replacements". Most of it is shit but vegan shoarma which tasted the best
My most African American quality is that I like to smoke weed and make a whole Jiffy box of cornbread. Last night I made it with yogurt instead of milk. You always put an egg in btw. 15min @400, butter it up and chow down. 1000+ calories for like $1
Black person
but anon, most carbs, including bread, are vegan.
Its made out of cricket flour these days
i thought carbs were non-vegan
That's keto
flour contains a lot of bug eggs(not a le eat ze bugs maymay, look it up) so most vegans think it's haram
Fruit probably contains more bug eggs. Fruitflies don't spawn from nothing. They hatch from the skins of fruit that's sitting around.
>most vegans think it's haram
no they don't

No vegan mcdonalds
You can make your own vegan burger, vegan cheese slice, vegan thousand island dressing.
Only thing McDonald's has is the convenience but burger King sells impossible burgers if you want fast food
Theyre not vegan
Order the impossible burger with no mayo and then it's vegan
Its cooked using animal products. It was never meant to be vegan
All taste like plants too and I've actually given them a shot
Did you season them like you would meat?
I dont use seasoning for my steaks but if you do and try to mimick the tastes you'll even notice the difference in texture. The difference between muscle fibers and plant fibers is very noticeable. The best you can hope for is lab grown meat

This board is actually low IQ

if you compare it to meat you're not actually tasting the food, you're looking for a meat flavor and it's not going to be perfect.
Vegan foods as stand alone products are good.
I'm not a vegan so idc about proving 'muh söy'

Best pizza I ever had in my entire life was a vegan pizza place in Seattle.
Most people can't taste the difference. You just tell yourself it tastes worst because it's "fake" so you trick yourself.

Yeah eating the 435 ingredient pretend lab meat instead of just eating the 1 ingredient we're-designed-to-digest-it meat
Good goy, goooood goy.

That's a long list of very complicated lies to disappoint yourself with. It would be simpler to lie only once, "I'm vegan".
>onions with added flavor
>onions with added flavor

YUMMY
Those rolls have butter in them
>japanese milk buns
Don't lie to me those are pampushki
Bread is vegan.
Post best breads. I want to be tempted/

I NEED THAT BUN!
