you have it backwards m8, the more addictive it is the more likely it is to be approved as a pharmaceutical there. they sell phenibut to literally anyone over the counter, not doc approval required.

Not that guy but it was just recently banned from being sold for human consumption by the FDA. It's still legal to buy and consume but it can't be marketed for that reason.

I am good most of the time, but every few days I have intense anxiety around bedtime. It's gay. I work out, eat low carb (not keto just low carb), and avoid caffeine and drugs. don't know what's up but maybe i'll just fricking eat my own shit lmao haha

I only have it when it's one ingredient in a sleep supplement but even then you need to be careful to only have it once or twice a week. Personally, I've never noticed the effects that much.

Take a couple grams then go out and drink. You get extra drunk but at the same time you are even more outgoing and social. Used to do this combination a lot it's probably terrible for you and the hang overs are intense but man I had some fun nights
This is fun but be careful doing this, alcohol is way stronger on phenibut. I tried that once and got super drunk off of like 2 or 3 drinks. Drink slowly and do not do shots.
Also this drug is a once in awhile drug. I used to take it daily and actually got intense withdrawals, had to taper off

Does it work? Maybe. Is it clean? Hell no. Expect dependency and heavy withdrawals plus side effects. If you're okay with that then go for it but once, not if, you end up feeling like shit because you fricked up your brain don't blame anyone but yourself.
I used it for a while and it's a social grease like alcohol minus movement impairment. Makes music sound better and colors feel richer, overall it makes everything more "fun", but it's not a wondermeme chad maker like it's often sold to desperate dweebs looking for a magic pill. Works great with caffeine, also makes you drunk much faster combined with alcohol.
After some experimenting I ended up taking up to 1g twice a week + 1g before something social and was fine. All the addiction horror stories come from Black folk who built up tolerance and ended up climing to like 20g daily, which in turn sent them screaming to ER. Also makes you sleepy (without caffeine) and makes you piss like crazy, so take that into account if you'll use it on social events.
It's okay, but overblown in both positives and negatives 6/10.

its bretty gud like other anons said, makes you sleep nice and makes it easier to talk to people about things you usually wouldnt care about, not sure where people get it in the EU anymore since everywhere stopped selling it but seems easy to get in the US
should note that its an extremely bad idea to take it more than max twice a week, the withdrawals kick in very quickly so if youre not keeping track you'll have a bad day or two when dealing with the withdrawals
