this thing is like the king of all vegetables. it has more nutrient than basically anything else, and i would much preferred to drink a 8oz of powdered than eat a 1 lbs of brocccoli. Lots of these compound that are sold as capsules or supplements for longevity, like astaxanthin, xeaxanthin, lutein.. occurs naturally in spirulina. The normal diet is also way too acidic and this is a nice base to counteract that.
