It's quality as far as I'm concern, it's grounded fresh by the local butcher I buy it from and the ranch they get it from is local and off in the countryside. 90/10, sometimes 88/12.

I don't have one giant grocery list because I shop everyday and cook and eat fresh everyday, exception is when I make something like a soup or cake, then I have more than one portion and it can stay for few days. But I guess most frequently bought produce would be

    Chicken breasts
    Chicken thights
Ground beef or pork or mix
Various cuts of pork, tenderloin, ham (for gulash)
    Salmon
    Prawns
    Cottage cheese
    Curd cheese
    matured cheddar cheese
    Butter
    Eggs
    Red peppers
    Onions
Carrot, celery, parsley root, chicken ribcage (for cooking chicken soup)

I also buy a lot of dry stuff online like
    Erethritol
Dried tomatoes (not in oil, noice)
    1kg of cinamon
    Almond flouer
Agar Agar (I make jelly sometimes, is nice)

probably more, but that's from top of my head

My grocery bag consists exclusively of items I find at promotions (buying food that is on expiry day, they reduce it throughout the day, biggest one is at 19:30 by 75%). I eat whatever I want for 3 days and put the rest in the freezer. Generally my hauls consist of:
    >sandwiches
    >pizza
    >cooked food, packs (chicken and rice, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, baked stuff )
    >occasionally meat
    >rarely stuff like ham, cheese
I start my trip at 19:15, am at the first store at 19:25, do a 3-shop trip, am back home at 20:15. A full haul would be around $30 and would keep me fed for a week.
