Grounding/Earthing

I desire the health benefits of constant grounding/earthing but I work from home and simply cannot touch grass.
What exactly would stop me from installing a grounding spike (the kind of spike you use for a generator) outside and running a copper wire into my house to a conductive bracelet.
Please do not find me and hook up a car battery to it.
Would this work?
I'm not buying a fricking grounding mat. Get real.

Would be a lot easier to just leave your house and goto a park for a while. I’m a firm believer in grounding sunlight and time outdoors around trees though, it’s legit.

I need to look into how steep the diminishing returns are. I have time to ground daily but how much better would it be if I could ground for 10+ hours per day? I could even sleep with that bracelet on.

Your home has grounding built into the wiring. You can get devices that ground you. They're sold as anti static bracelets and you connect them to a wall socket. I don't really understand This moronic grounding stuff. Just go outside for a 30 min walk everyday.

I could just wire one of those myself pretty easily. Might just make a couple for different rooms.

I actually have a grounding rod outside of my room that I installed specifically for my desktop.
Grounding myself is weird. Whenever I touch the copper wire in my room to ground myself (Before working on my PC) there's a slight metallic taste in my mouth. The human body does generate an electric field so I imagine there is some effect, though the implications of it are unknown to me.

Outlets all have a "ground terminal", they're all wired to the same wire which is then wired to the ground. You can touch grass at any time by touching any grounded appliance or device.

I have a buddy who works 8+ hours a day outdoors barefoot, he is a greens keeper on a golf course. Idk if anyone in modern times aside from shithole countries get to ground as much as him, honestly jealous

This is moronic lmao. If there's any truth to the grounding shit, it's in actually being outside with your feet on the ground, not in installing a tesla coil in your house, you mongoloid.
