reduce gravity
if you want a proper answer:
>1.25 pound microplates
>reduce reps to 3x3 for working sets
>start doing weighted dips for sets of 5. this won't start showing dividends for your press until you can do them with at least 100 pounds of additional weight
>conclude your working sets by doing press starts and push press for 10-20% more than you just pressed for your working weight. press starts are as simple as driving the weight to about eye level, push press is self explanatory. these two combined will make heavier weights feel light
>conclude with 2-3 high rep sets of 10-12
this whole routine takes me about 45 minutes and I've increased my press from 135 for 3x3 to 187.5 as of today for 3x3 in the span of about 6 months

Twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday. Technically this wasn't meant to be my entire workout but I realized I didn't have time for anything else before work, so I often come back after work and do a second workout where I do accessory work to round it out as an upper body day.
You really just have to dedicate yourself wholly to the press if you want it to grow though so I don't do any sort of heavy barbell benching
