body builders look good, minus the oil and the excessive tan
the problem is how roiding fricks you up and it makes it look bad from up close (unnatural veins, stretch marks)

No they don't. They're so huge they can't put their arms down. They look like giant babies but with muscles instead of fat. They only look good in pictures and on stage. In real life they look disgusting and fat.

Nah, Jay has Chad-tier genetics. He's looked good at every stage of his career. Even now, most bodybuilders look like shit when they retire, whilst he's still in great shape. Jim Manion used to say he had the "All-American" look when he was a younger bodybuilder, and I get what he meant. The guy blasted every drug in existence and still had that perfect NW0 hairline.

Yes, Jay Cutler was a natural bodybuilder. One of the best.

            Anonymous

He never implied natty, there's tons of roid troonys who go to my gym who probably take close to as much as Jay did and their build is so mediocre they could honestly pass as natty

            Anonymous

Of course not, but genetics also play a role in how well a roidtroony responds to roids.

The biggest he's had is that he didn't destroy his body or died like most builders. Even in one of John Meadows last videos with Cutler he was complimenting him on his shoulder flexibility when doing chest flys

Man wanted the mentally ill silicone breasts chick dream instead of the cute humble tradgirl dream.

We get obsessed with continuing to see our numbers go up when literally they can't go up, and aren't supposed to. When you reach your natty limit you'll know it. The only thing you can do from there is est more and see if your body responds to it, or try different training methods/increase volume. But at some point, especially as you age, you're going to have to accept that's your limit. If you ever reach it you're in the top 99% of people fitness-wise anyway. The vast majority of people are fricking weak, they get a gym membership once a year, go for a couple weeks, the sit on their asses eating goyslop. Don't worry about being 10,000% better than them when you're already 1,000% better.

you expressed perfectly in a few sentences how i've felt the longer ive gone in my fitness journey these past 9 years
never hopped on gear, experimented a little with tamoxifen etc and the popular OTC supplements, but never got into anabolics and at this point i just dip into my supplement stack whenever i sense my diet has been lacking this or that.
i'm content to just maintain what i've got as i get older. the older i get, the less and less i take my body being in good working order for granted. personally i prioritise functionality + health over narcissistic strength or aesthetics goals. my grandad lived until his early 90s and was still hillwalking and mountain climbing in his mid 80s.
