>guy loses 175lb's in a year
>starts at 340 and ends at 165lb's
I'm not wrong for thinking this is unhealthy and dangerous as frick right?
>guy loses 175lb's in a year
>starts at 340 and ends at 165lb's
I'm not wrong for thinking this is unhealthy and dangerous as frick right?
Shit I'm moronic and forgot the video
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/A2a29JBSfVo
Not unhealthy but he probably hasn't the endurance to keep it up or maintain it.
I also did lose 30kg in 1 year and crashed and regained 31kg because I did hold myself up to ridiculous low caloric standards and most human beings can't live on 500kcal a day.
In the normal world, crashing means "failing to uphold a diet", not "balooning up by almost 70 lbs".
>but muh set point weight
Wrong.
Also
>most human beings can't live on 500kcal a day
Fat fricks sure as frick can.
t. lost 100 lbs twice
What a moron, what's the point of eating that low calories?
>t. lost 100 lbs twice
And yet you prove my point, there is no point in rushing the whole process when you start backtracking the whole way back, just before the finishing line.
Habits need time to form.
>try smoothie diet in bio
you're a dumbass anon. That's a grifter account stealing other people's videos to sell shit and they have no idea what the actual weights and timeframe are, they're just making up shit to sell you their product. A lot of those videos don't even have the same person in the "after" photo.
probably but so is being morbidly obese, stop coping lose weight fatass
unhealthy? no.
I watched this with my wife and it's actually 2 years. Misleading title
Yeah you're right. Can't stand the internet these days man. Just a bunch of people lying their asses off about everything.
That's 3.4 lbs a week. Not great for you but better than being 340 fricking pounds.
No, it is totally healthy if he had enough vitamins, minerals and water.
He lost that weight in 23 months, not 12, and lifted, so he's healthier than he's ever been at that end weight. 100%
Yeah you are wrong.
Losing this much weight is not only good, but it also shows this guy's determination to stick through it all, unlike you.
He's the healthiest he's ever been.
Now shut up and go lift, fat frick.
>unhealthy
losing it that fast? maybe. It's easier to lose weight if you're obese. probably be better to lose it over a slower period and he'd be more likely to keep it off/deal with less loose skin if he did
>dangerous
probably not
If you're super young you can get away with extreme dieting. If you try this at 30 you're going to yoyo like a motherfricker and probably sudoku yourself after putting all the weight back on.
Why would it be unhealthy? I think that's fat cope fatties say to justify losing weight slowly which actually means they won't lose any weight. The amount of work your body does when you're obese is dangerous. If your house is on fire would you put it out slowly or as quickly as possible?
>smoothie diet
lmao you're gonna feel like shit and you'll end up fricking up your body not giving it proper nutrients for months on end.
That’s only 3.5lbs a week that’s not super unhealthy
Back in the summer of 2002 I was 260lbs and went on a crash diet of water, three plain bagels a day and after five weeks I was down to 160, no bullshit!!!FACT!!!
You have no idea how much I really want to believe you right now.
>When a double chin isn't enough
Double boobs
You guys are brainlets that can only think linearly. Weight is not a linear variable.
What do you mean linear variable
Like x or z. They require lines to draw, hence linear variable. Variables like c or u would be considered non-linear because they have curves
