It's known to decrease sleep quality so there is some impact but do does alcohol, you have to balance it out yourself. Which is more important to you.

if you had any kind of balance in your life you wouldn't be leaning on vices to get you through it, you'd be living life just fine without it, not in pursuit of it, with the ability to partake in vice at your leisure without any consequence or impact on your life or relationships. most people cannot afford to spend their free time this way without detriment to themselves, and are actually just coping with that lack of balance.

Then how do I achieve the balance that I am lacking

total abstinence is a simple form of balance, start there and rebuild on that foundation.

What's "good" frequency to smoke a joint or two. I do it daily for the moment but went from 4+ joints a day to only one.
I'd like to bring this to the next level before quitting. I do enjoy it and it's not to the point where it's handicaping (I smoke at night, never during day time) but I'm fricking scared of cancer and feel like I've been smoking for too long now.

weed doesn’t cause this. being a friendless loser with no personality does this. >dude weed lmao is the same thing as your only personality trait being “video games”, “politics” (tweeting EPIC putdowns to le drumftards / libtards), etc.
that being said weed can and will have a negative impact on your work ethic and i experienced this myself. do it, sure, there are good mental benefits from chilling out and letting your mind clear up some things for you, and it has anti inflamitory shit too for a bit of help with recovery. just dont do gigaBlack personmega THC packed dabs all day just watching nigflix and porn.
    my favourite is
    >drop an edible
    >takes my metabolism an hour on the dot to kick in
    >do my work out before i even feel high
    >just as my workout finishes i can relax in my bed and feel great going through introspective thought loops
homegym obviously. but yes, moderation. tolerance also sucks and is a waste of cannabis

Women prefer men no more than 20 IQ above them, so unless you're sub 130 IQ this would actually be positive if it was true. It's not though, but it sure feels great being moronic while high.

I think that's my favorite part about smoking weed. When you accomplish something you're like "and I was high the whole time, frick yeah!". If you frick up, it's like "what'd you expect, I was high"

Avoid smoking too much, dry herb vape if you can, don't lift high, it ruins your workout. Watch out for over eating.

Really? What about it ruins it? Everytime I've worked out high I've noticed I had higher stamina

    >this fricking shit again
you dont. you just stop smoking weed because weed is a waste of time and money. it induces skizophrenia, fricks your lungs up and your heart. stop being moronic, you are already being that lmao weed dude.

      >fricks your lungs up and your heart
Serious question, not being sarcastic, how do you know this? I'm a daily weed smoker and i know that inhaling carcinogens is bad for my lungs.

are you really telling me you have no problem on sniffing any kind of smoke? are you really saying you see no problem on inhaling toxic smoke loaded with ashes into the living cells that make your body process oxigen and keep you alive? are you really asking how it fricks up your heart? if you feel no difference you probably are an under 25 zoomer and havent smoked for long. trust me, son. you will regret it when you grow older. i quitted all kind of smoking like 2 months ago and already my bpms and blood pressure are low and in check like never in 13 years of smoking. i had cardio gains like never.
        >tldr
if you really asking these kind of questions you must be an special kind of moronic.

OP two things, don't smoke joints or vape, they're both terrible for your lungs. Only use edibles. Second, don't use it late at night, it disrupts rem sleep. I always aim to eat edibles around 6pm, so it fully wears off when I go to bed around 1am

As far as frequency, I find the sweet spot is about 10-20mg of edibles once per week. Ideally, once every other week. I maintained a schedule like this for a good part of last year but weed is really easy to build a habit or even become psychologically addicted and if I break it I tend to just stop completely.

Smoking every day is pure degeneracy.

it only induces schizo in people are have a genetic predispo to it

it doesn't frick up your lungs or heart if you eat edibles

One last thing, never buy in bulk. I buy one or two of these little 10mg edible candles for about $5.

Honestly if you have a vice like drinking or smoking weed the biggest step you can take is to only engage in it when you actually want to and know you'll enjoy it, rather than just when your bored/have nothing better to do/someone else is doing it and its easy to join in.

I personally went from smoking weed and drinking alcohol daily to smoking or drinking once in a while, with it basically coming down to drink alcohol at certain social events (parties or family gatherings for example) or weed once in a while as long as it doesn't gnaw at me mentally (because when it keeps getting on your mind short term and than take it it is a sign that you give in to substance abuse, but that doesn't mean you can't smoke one week later but have to be more careful around your mental processes around it and how your mood is affected by weed)
