>gym got rid of all the cardio machines
>now I need to get something for my own home
I live in bumfrick nowhere so the machine selection is pretty limited, I narrowed it down to a Yesoul stationary bike or an elliptical made by a regional bike company that's not known outside the region. My main concern is machine longevity since either machine would work for my use-case, which of these has a better shot at working for longer without breaking down, a chinese stationary bike or a mystery elliptical?
I'm biased towards the elliptical because it's an arm workout as well but I fear the fact it's made by a regional company is not a good sign for reliability.
homie. The world is free cardio. Go outside.
That's a very sheltered opinion
"Go outside" is a sheltered opinion? So you, the guy who's afraid of going outdoors, are the unsheltered one, right? Going outside is how humanity has stayed fit for all of history through times much more dangerous than ours.
Oh yeah? I live on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Black personville, USA
Yeah thats a new one.
OP roon around your yard. Or convert a guarage or spare room. Realistically you can probably stick one of those in a corner of a room unlesss you live in a shoe box.

Bought a 120 dollar stationary bike from walmart. Bought a pair of 95lb adjustable dumbbells from ebay. Did 2 upper days a week and 2 lower days a week. 3 days a week on the bike starting at 20 minutes going slow as frick but would be drenched in sweat at the end.
Started at 320lbs at 5,8 42% BF. 14.2 inch arms.
Finished doing 3 60 minute bike sessions. 190lbs. 17.2 inch arms.
Bike is great for people like me with back herniations and for fattys who can't take their knee joints hurting from running.
>Bike is great for people like me with back herniations
WTF I have three herniated discs and bikes frick my posture up and my back. I have been better off running.
Still though I got a schwinn aerodyne and as long as I keep good posture (it takes more effort than using the arms and legs at the same time) then I can use it for a few miles without issue.
ask the gym owner where they put the cardio equipment, you might get a machine for free. my local gym usually give away free equipment when they are upgrading
Jump the rope
ROWING MACHINE
which part of "limited selection" is unclear
>bullshit excuse
if UPS really doesn't come to your shack in albania then maybe you should get a second job sucking off goats until you can afford to get something shipped in on a mule
>just pay $500 for the machine and $20000 for the shipping bro
get a 'real' bike + a bike trainer? that's what i use, anway. easy to repair, can actually use the bike when it's nice out, etc etc.
>>gym got rid of all the cardio machine
tf kind of gym do you go to anon?
>Saves you £1000s in your path
Has anybody used an air bike extensively? Seems fun ("fun") and I'm wondering what would happen if I made it a core of my routine
rowing machine
I got an 8 inch aerobic step and hold dumbbells while I step it, was supposed to just be temporary until I got a stationary bike as well but this lil step is kicking my fricking ass lmao
Just do your cardio at home do you really think it'd be better to do your cardio at the gym rather than at home?
Seriously you need to start thinking about your programming because what you're doing is NOT what is best.
Go to a different gym?
