The body adapts to the load you place on it. Guaranteed "bodybuilder" lifters don't place anywhere NEAR the load gymnasts do. A bodybuilder is trying to trick his body into growing muscle with minimal load, so he has to load calories and then cut calories to achieve the result the gymnast (or high level Crossfitter) gets from load.

Whereas you get your calories from load(s)

Bulking as in becoming a fatass and then shedding all the fat is moronic. Muscle growth as a natty isn't all that different if you're simply eating at a caloric surplus. Eat a lot of nutritious food (no goyslop, no dirty bulking bullshit), track your weight, eat less if you're putting on fat. How hard is that tbh

Straight arm strength. Static elements as planche, Maltese, Iron cross place enormous load on the biceps when done properly with locked out arms.

You can have what appear to be large muscles with a low bodyfat if you are really short. If this guy had the same muscle mass spread over a skeleton that was 6'3" he'd look like a lanky dyel twink.

Most people just bulk too quickly. If you gain 1 lb a month, you can’t get fat. Just diet once a year for a few weeks and you’re good.

Collegiate/Olympic gymnasts do and that’s because they’re juiced to the gills and have a trainer and dietician that watches their activity and diet like a hawk.

I've been around gymnasts. Not a roid sport. Even nutrition is pretty primitive.
