>>yeah bro just flip around on rings for 8 hours a day for 20 years straight
You know we can look up pro athletes training volumes on google by now, right?
>cut and bulk once over a 6 months period for the same physique
NO bodybuilder looks like a gymnast at all upper body wise.
The body adapts to the load you place on it. Guaranteed "bodybuilder" lifters don't place anywhere NEAR the load gymnasts do. A bodybuilder is trying to trick his body into growing muscle with minimal load, so he has to load calories and then cut calories to achieve the result the gymnast (or high level Crossfitter) gets from load.
Bulking as in becoming a fatass and then shedding all the fat is moronic. Muscle growth as a natty isn't all that different if you're simply eating at a caloric surplus. Eat a lot of nutritious food (no goyslop, no dirty bulking bullshit), track your weight, eat less if you're putting on fat. How hard is that tbh
What's the best resource for gymnastic strength training? Don't say Building The Gymnastic Body, because I read it and it mostly just references another book of Sommer's that I can't find anywhere and was a huge fricking waste of time
You can have what appear to be large muscles with a low bodyfat if you are really short. If this guy had the same muscle mass spread over a skeleton that was 6'3" he'd look like a lanky dyel twink.
Collegiate/Olympic gymnasts do and that’s because they’re juiced to the gills and have a trainer and dietician that watches their activity and diet like a hawk.
Care to extrapolate?
people say you can't add muscle without adding fat
People also say trans women are real women what is your point
How do you know they never add fat
ESL or illiterate?

Yes, they look like shit, have bigger breasts and are much weaker. Same height tho.

Whereas you get your calories from load(s)
>high level Crossfitter
Roiders?
Gymnasts lift
Post physique
my man has never heard of steroids
Gymnast are tested numbnuts
Hihi, the naivety is real
You just crossed a line. You just crossed a line. By saying the word "naïve." That is like the worst insult to me…
What really?! Pro athletes are tested...? Damn I never knew. That must mean none of them are on gear. Never knew that.
I know? They are le tested??? THAT MEANS THEY MUST ALL BE CLEAN AS A WIZZLE!
>tested
and they failed, here's a list of the fastest 100m records that got tested positive for roids, only bolt was able to evade them
>world’s fasted man is named Bolt
we live in a simulation
TIL 100m sprint is "gymnastics"
Have you heard of off season?

How do they have such big biceps?
They literally do chin ups all day
Straight arm strength. Static elements as planche, Maltese, Iron cross place enormous load on the biceps when done properly with locked out arms.
Elite athletes have elite genetics
¯_(ツ)_/¯
Can people over 6' do gymnastics for physique gains?
Yes. It's also incredible for strength
Gymnasts start gymnastics at 7 years old and it’s an extremely competitive sport filled with peds.
big?
>14inch arms
>5'6"
>150 pounds
ok how to tell you are a manlet
Gymnasts are on steroids, you fricking dolt.

No rings for your skull.
Overcoming Isometrics.
thanks m8, I'll give it a look
curls
calisthenics with rings
pushups
dips
etc.
damn, I want to look like that

Like with all sports, genetic dead ends get continually trimmed as you progress.
Most people just bulk too quickly. If you gain 1 lb a month, you can’t get fat. Just diet once a year for a few weeks and you’re good.
Good video
Do ppl actually think this is big?
gymnasts are short
/thread usess fricking morons
Small legs

Survivorship bias.
You're drawing conclusions by watching the slim amount of people that have media presence within the gymnastics community.
sure does!
They are also manlets.
Fine, start gymnastics, train for 2 years like them and come back to report what physique it gave you

I've been around gymnasts. Not a roid sport. Even nutrition is pretty primitive.
