Gynecomastia

I had always thought that I just had fat breasts because I was fat. But now that I have lost almost 50 lbs, it has become obvious that I have some gynecomastia. I feel that it ruins my physique and self-confidence even though I am not as fat anymore and any time spent in the gym is pointless because of it. I have actually begun to get a lot of female attention now that I've lost weight, but I can't redeem any of it because I know as soon as I take my shirt off, they will get icked out. Anyone else have any experience with this? Is it possible to fix at home or is surgery the only option?

I can see it and I can feel it myself. I definitely one hundred percent have it. Not as big as most, but it is positively there.

      >MRI

Fricking kek you don't need an MRI to see if you have gyno. I was diagnosed with it by 2 different doctors and all they did was look at my chest.

Only way out without surgery is to get to a low body fat percentage and hit chest hard. The more muscle and less fat you have in the chest, the less obvious your gyno will be.

it will be more obvious without fat to "smooth" the edges of the breast tissue. surgery is the only solution. mine cost $10k and i wish i had done it sooner

Are you moronic? If you have gyno it's literally breast tissue under you nipple. Being 25 or 5% bf doesn't change that, and if anything being low bf will only make it mote obvious.

Look up ifbb pros with gyno and you will see that big pecs and low bf does not hide gyno at all lmao.

if its not too bad you might be able to get rid of it with anti e pills but just talk to a doctor about it.

Not gyno but breast fat related, has anyone had their upper chest explode and had no lower chest? I hit lifts to work my lower chest but feel like it's just fat on the bottom while my upper chest is all muscle.
Mid bulk so can't say for certain if it's going to stick around.

Lose more weight. You're fatter than you think. You just have shitty genes that predispose you to store fat in your breasts.

But in the case it's real, yes, surgery is your only option.

even so, you can tell the difference between fat and breast tissue. I had ~100cc of male breast tissue removed from EACH side, was pretty obvious I had breasts.

Your hormones will balance as you get fit and your muscles will grow. Breasts are fatty tissue less noticeable with lower fat. So it'll work out

You probably don’t have gyno. I used to have b***h breasts when I was 300 lbs, and when I got down to 250 I thought the same thing as you OP. For me, it was the last area of my body to start losing fat

You can't know if it's gyno if you don't lose the maximum amount of weight possible. Reach your goal and look at it again.

moron for blaming kids when their parents fed them. I hate fat people, but I hate parents who frick up their kids even more. t. former fat kid. (Lifting will never compensate for missed opportunities as a child because you had self esteem and image issues due to being fat)

If you feel a gelatinous like sack under your nipple, it’s gyno. If it’s not, it’s not; you just have body fat. Please don’t fall for this meme, there’s doctors taking advantage of guys who have body dysmorphia

I had pubertal gyno and had it surgically removed last year. If you do end up having gyno, I recommend doing the same. It cost my ~6k for the surgery and it was 100% worth the money.
