I used to have about an A-cups worth, maybe a B-cup at BMI below 25.
Been at 8% bodyfat (53 kg/117 lbs), didn't make them go away.
Made them smaller though, didn't need a binder/sports bra anymore except for running.
Problem was that the rest of my body didn't like that, I was constantly cold, had no energy and fainted a lot.
Also they looked even weirder as there was only the gland tissue there ontop of some muscle.
Your only options are:
1. binding/taping
2. surgery (if they are small enough, you can do keyhole or periareolar wich doesn't leave noticeable scars)
3. Stop giving a frick
Problem with surgery is that if they aren't small, you might end up with zipperbreasts.

For some reason gyno surgery is expensive as a mother fricker. Average-tier boob jobs, nose jobs, hair transplants, etc. are all cheaper. Price for gyno surgery tends to be like “good” tier of all the above mentioned procedures and from what my buddy in medicine says it’s actually one of the easier procedures by a long shot.

You should start lifting weights, including your chest, shoulders and back. If they cut your breasts off you'll just be a dyel with scarred breasts. Instead you could build a frame to catch your skin whether you decide to go through with the surgery or not. You'd be surprised how much better you'll look when you actually have 90% the physiology of an ideal man with the added benefit of reducing half the fat on your chest and your muscles changing the contours of your shape in clothing. I know multiple people with gyno who bulked up and improved their situation dramatically to the point where they aren't getting surgery at all, they don't care anymore since they're otherwise ripped.
I'm really fricking worried about having gyno. I'm a fatass currently and have pretty big manbreasts compared to the large majority of fatasses in my weight/height/bf% range. I don't want to go to the doctors until after I lose weight, i'm praying it's just unfortunate body fat distribution

Do you guys think any surgeon could fix it properly? I know there are gyno specialized surgeons, but apparently there are none in my country and travelling is not an option for me. My biggest concern is not getting my nipples all fricked up post surgery
