Move to first world country. Gyno surgeries are usually covered by healthcare and if you live in 3rd world country like US you can still get it covered by insurance. Robzilla didnt have to pay for his gyno surgery and he was a car salesmen/mailman/security guard at a strip club/etc random short lived jobs. So I doubt he had some lucrative insurance plan.

I would still try consulting with a doctor. Tell that it causes you great deal of distress etc. Your doctor may also prescribe off-label medications to treat it without surgery (raloxifene or tamoxifen). Or you can just order them from ug sites. I think its always best to try exhaust all options before calling it quits. I would never personally get surgery without atleast trying raloxifene for 3 months. It might not get rid of it but reduce it to a point it doesnt even bother you anymore.
