Because of the amount of balding hair thread in here i became scared and more aware of my hairline and shit and i notice that the edge of my hairline have receded on left and right corner and i blame that on my usage of hairband i use almost everday. Any hair tips to prevent balding? Supplement or food for having great hair?
Nah because I'm not balding and multiple roid blasts didn't affect it at all so I'm pretty sure I'll be good at least till my 60s.

Just start taking min/fin. I think its working for me though its not quite been 3 months yet. My hair looks loads better but around the same time I started getting it cut in a more flattering way, so there's that to consider too.
