I just can’t imagine someone expending that much muscular energy for 8 hours natty, and even with gear would at least be a large time commitment.

Rich Piana hasn't even done Rich Piana's 8 hour arm workout.
No. Why would you follow any of his advice? He was an entertaining personality, I won't deny that.
Pretty sure Jujimufu has a video where he does it. It's really boring though.
He taught me to cheat rep on rows, which is some of the best lifting advice I've ever received.
I hope you're only cheating during the last few reps of your last set for maximum failure.
I have not. I've done a 3 hour arm workout once and it was just overdoing it since I am natty.
I still miss Rich though man. My gym playlist has the Natty Lifter Anthem extended mix and it really fires me up
I swear to god, I will do it one day this year.
When I do, I will post about it, and it will probably receive three replies before getting archived.
Ill reply to it man.
I will be one of those 3 anon
there's a german body builder that's done it the other day and as expected the results were underwhelming but it makes for a good story eventually
Tom added so much to the channel, it’s sad to see how downhill it’s gone without me.
I did it naturally. Absolutely insane pump And I got instant DOMS after like 6 hours. Super exhausted afterwards and felt like I could eat my entire refrigerator. Did frick all for arm growth but I had a good time overall. Have to use baby weights or you’ll snap your shit up.
Did anyone else think his left knee (right to us) was his head hanging grotesquely off the bench from the thumbnail?
yes
Muscle grows outside the gym.
Based truth.
Muscle is broken inside the gym but grows outside the gym
>I just can’t imagine someone expending that much muscular energy for 8 hours natty
I've done those hrs before, but in the same time I was taking too long of a break per set
It's been around for a while and it works, but mostly if you train powerlifting more and not bodybuilding. You do a huge workout once a year basically, and stay super hydrated/bloated/everything to maximize the pump. This stretches the fascia to make up for not constantly doing bodybuilding pump workouts and it does in fact give you permanent gains.
