    It's not bad but it contradicts itself in a few places and sounds very ghostwritten at times, and I also did not care for the pics of the roided up chick. As far as fitness info, there are decent exercises in it but the way the programs are written out is confusing and not very useful so overall it's hard to recommend it for somebody who wants to get serious about working out at home. Charlie is a gas, though- he has a knack for storytelling.

        Don't get the wrong idea, I'm not doubting his prowess, I'm just saying he has an entertaining way of writing. The story he tells about freaking out on some guy asked him weird questions while he was working out at a gym was gold. He's a cool guy and I can't help but wish him well.

          Yeah no doubt he speaks shite, and his art kinda blows. But his workouts surely work. They are not made up.

          I am sure you could achieve the same within a small percent of the time though, but if you want to work out at home, with no equipment, it will improve you.

    I know better methods than him for at home workouts for insane strength and size gains that do not involve steroids use although if you were using, you would just get jacked af not recommended though.

    All you need is Push Ups, KB swings and Squats routine.

    For push ups, you have a routine of Test Day, 2, 3 Days of training, Rest Day and repeated loop of that until you reach a hypothetical goal of say lets say 30 push ups. During test day you see how many max Push Ups you can do, take half of those and do 3 sets of them until rest day, each training day increase reps by 1, repeat. (Eases your body into bigger amounts of volume.)

    For the KB Rus Swing & Squat variant you use 10 Rus Swings, 5 Goblet Squats and rep these out until you gas out or pass 1-2 minute mark. Do these on every regular Training Day with Push Ups.

    During rest days you absolutely fricking DO NOT TRAIN AT ALL instead you eat and abstain from any calorie burning activity other than work/home upkeep related activities to recover that rest day is absolutely necessary.

    If strong start with 16kg KB if untrained 12kg KB, you might want to buy the next Pood up KB after 2 months of training.
