Problem is that most people online doing so are on performance enhancing drugs. Then you have dyels like stay flexy. What needs to happen is a collective of natty lifters make a good clear cut routine that's tried and true with several trainees

Reddit had a really good routine for beginners until the page went down. The IST sticky was supposed to be our version of collective knowledge.

I think what it would take is a natty anon who isn't afraid to post body, who has a genuinely aesthetic strong body to post their training routine and lessons.

But that's a lot of effort to not get paid for it

The only thing that matters is progressive overload.

I think the best source of natty training knowledge is Pavel's stuff at Strongfirst. It has barbell, kettlebell and calisthenics training. The programs are really just general physical training for the 30+ and professional class. Good balance between pure strength, strength endurance and endurance.

    >claim to be "skinny but strong"
    >all strength feats are either related to relative strength or flexibility, not a single respectable feat of absolute strength

Who exactly is his target audience even?

Relative strength is just as if not more valid than absolute strength.

Anyone can be fat. Most can do a couple pull-ups.

It’s special to have real strength & be able to move your body with control

Strength is for fighting. Thinking is for work.

The problem with this guy is he has yet to do anything impressive with his body but acts like he has a physique and feats you should aspire to have. Any gymnast has better flexibility while also being twice as strong.

Some of the tricks like one arm handstands are kinda cool and require legit strength, balance and coordination. It’s just a shame most of these ‘movement’ guys look dyel, especially with a shirt on and probably could even bench 2pl8

Squat University gives out great advice thoughever.
Improved my squats tenfold and stronger than ever listening to him as he is a PT and not a gymbro.

I had to unfollow Squat university. I enjoy his stuff on mobility stretches and I got some good niche exercises from him, but all the wide-toe shilling shit was too much.

    >do olympians wear wide toe shoes?
    no
    >do the scientists and researchers paid millions of government dollars around the world suggest that olympians winning gold medals should wear wide toe shows for competitions?
    No
    >Does kipchoge break the marathon record in wide toe shoes?
    No

That's all I need to know.
