Has anyone tried the squat every day method? How strong did you get in what time frame? is it a good idea to get into this to get my numbers up before starting a hypertrophy routine?

no, im not a moron but thanks for asking.
I know some Asian dude who got to 2pl8 quickly without even bulking within a month on this method. Why is it moronic?
one month isnt 4 year like this moron is at
he has his goals but yeah I just wanted to do it for a few months to get my numbers up. My squats are stagnating a bit.
>i know a guy
then ask him
im not OP
His an asian manlet with short femurs. He's literally built for squatting.
asians have flexible hips from years of using the squat toilet so they progress faster.
You wont have time to recover if you're actually moving weight not fluff-pumping
of course I'd lower the intensity. It would look something like;
>Monday: Back Squat 3 x 3
>Tuesday: Back Squat 3 x 2, paused.
>Wednesday: Front Squat 3 x 3
>Thursday: Back Squat 1 x 3
>Friday: Back Squat 3 x 2, paused.
>Saturday: Front Squat 3 x 1
>Sunday: rest or bodyweight squats for active recovery.
theres nothing but anecdotal evidence
it might work, it might just give you soreness and tendinitis
do it if you want dont do it if you dont want to, why do you overcomplicate shit so much
i did squat every day for a month, didn’t gain a single pound on my 1, 3, 5, 8, or 12RM. but my bench and deadlift went up lol. now i squat once every 7 days and see way better progress.
Why doesn't he just use his power rack and set up the pins so he doesn't have to use a crash pad.
I saw some guy on YouTube do squats everyday and his legs were not impressive.
doesn't work, not enough recovery
you'll peak your performance but you won't build much muscle at all
recovery is where true gains are made, don't apply productivity concepts that apply industrial manufacturing factories to biological procedures
"X every day" only works if you're producing car parts, or cleaning gutters
if you're trying to build muscle, squat 2-3x a week to a productive intensity, and actually let your body rebuild to become bigger and stronger
>that apply *TO industrial manufacturing factories
or to word it better
doing something everyday is good for husiness, but suboptimal for biology
the mind and body needs time to recover from, and process, what happened
I squatted 8x3 or so (whatever i felt like that day) and deadlifts 5x a week in college. Shit was brutal but its doable. Would not recommend to build muscle. I was jist built different. Also my people have short femurs so squatting was natural
I did squat every day in my early 30s. My squat numbers went up fast and my legs were ripped but I think it contributed to a knee issues I have today.
I did it for 80 days and went from 100kg to 160kg. Had to stop due to knee and hip issues. I was pushing my 1RM every day.
