Had a buddy who was married to a b***h that managed to get herself diagnosed with every obscure "disease" known to man, it seemed like. Checked off that Hashimoto's box like 15 years ago too, way before it was cool. She did it to avoid working full-time, I think, as her cycle was to go to school, graduate, get a job, immediately develop symptoms that were not testable and you just had to take her word for it, get diagnosed with a disease, quit to "focus on my health", screw around for a year, go back to school for something different, graduate, etc. I can't even imagine how much debt they are carrying for the rest of their lives because of her scam.

        I dated this woman
It’s awful to deal with if you believe her ailments are real and unbearable if you think they’re fake

go to an actual physician who specializes in hypothroidism
it's a treatable condition but the treatment plans are more complicated than just telling you to get a schedule iv medication from a vanutan pharmacy

Treatment is just Levothyroxine daily for life, once a physician finds the right dose it’s something that will require little monitoring tbh

this, it's really simple to treat

        >destroys her natural hormones through useless excessive strain
        >suddenly now has a fricked up immune system as a result

Don’t forget the MRNA Mark of the Beast ‘vaccine’, either. Shaking your sheets will make you die suddenly!

Bro it’s one of the easiest conditions to treat. Synthetic TSH daily for life in a pill form and get your blood checked at least twice a year to adjust dosage.

Her thyroid gland has nuked itself basically, she needs thyroid hormone replacement daily for life. Sorry to hear brother.

Plus side is you can sneak some of her pills and thyroid hormone makes a great cutting drug.

Not muscle sparing. Useless without anabolics and even then, there are better options than T3/4.

Try checking out Sarah Ballantyne. IIRC she's a PHD who reversed her own hashimotos.

Hashimotos thyroiditis is very real disease, unfortunately it’s become trendy on social media for women to say they have it after you a little weight gain.

I got hypothyroidism without Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune disease where the body attacks the thyroid.

I take 88 micrograms levothyroxine, it costs $20 for a 90 day supply.

Some people take animal thyroid hormones. It took me 3 years to adjust to levothyroxine, but I'm fine now. Can't eat calcium or iron rich foods 4 hours before or after taking it, so I take it at 5 AM and skip breakfast. Helps with fasting actually.

Some people need another thyroid hormone along with this or they drop dead like diabetics. I barely understand how the various thyroid hormones work tbh.

Hypothyroidism often causes defects in collagen production, leading to joint problems, skin cracking, and bad hair. I eat 1 tablespoon collagen powder every day to fix this and moisturize. Excess calcium inhibits protien absorbtion, so I eat 1 meal w/ no dairy and 1 meal just dairy, and the former is when I drink collagen.

I get injured so easily that I can no longer weight lift. Instead I do band assisted muscle ups, upper body cardio, and tons of lower body cardio.

    Diagnosed hypothyroid

    That is it

Hypothyroidism is a shit excuse that fatties use just like every other genetic/medical excuse they have. I went undiagnosed for over a decade and was never fat. You literally just need to monitor your calories and weight like a (not so normal) person that actually gives a shit about themselves. It will lower your metabolism so you simply eat less calories.

As other anons have pointed out, Levothyroxine every day 30min/1h before breakfast and she's good to go. Random question for other hypothyroid anons though: sometimes it's a bit hard to have it with an empty stomach due to time contstraints and I like to start the day with a protein shake to get those protons in, do you reckon you can have it, for example, 2 hours after breakfast and 2 hours before lunch and it'd be the same? Becasue my doc said it has to be first thing in the morning but if I digested everything already I bet it has to be the same.

A bump of thyroxine is how healthy thyroids start the morning, followed by a platueau then a slow decline until the next dose. I could tell this occurred when I first started it because my skin started tingling with pleasure and I felt happy about 3 to 5 hours after my first dose. If I ate something, the effect stopped immediately. If I ate something rich in iron or calcium, I quickly crashed as if I didn't take it.

These days my hormones have stabilized so at best I feel calm and content instead of happy and the effect of eating too soon is equally muted, but if I do it several days in a row I start to feel sad and sick.

My point is if I eat too soon, ***absorbtion does not seem to occur at all.***

If this is an issue, she should schedule a pee alarm 3 hours before waking up to take it, and use a weekly med manager box to ensure she doesn't forget or double dose.

Carnivore fixed my hashimotos. Your body is not attacking itself for no reason. You are being poisoned.
