Never take real drugs if you are this much of a pussy

do benzos (clonazepam) for a couple of days to ease the symptoms of abstinence
i'm coffee free thanks to that method

      >taking benzos for fricking caffeine withdrawal
      Kek wtf

it takes literally one day to get over, the withdrawal lasts a few hours max. What on earth are you two mooks talking about?

I've had a pretty high caffeine tolerance and when I went cold turkey it took a couple of days to get past. The headaches really sucked and I was irritable. So OP can a) just keep quitting or b) maybe go back on and wean down if his high tolerance is exacerbating the withdrawal.

I knew a guy in Kentucky who threw coffee beans in with his chicken scratch. He said it made the eggs taste a bit nutty.
Damn I wish I had chickens.

reduce the amount over time then stop
quitting cold turkey is moronic unless you have no job, no gym, no social life and can lay at home doing nothing for 3 weeks

Why is moderation just unthinkable to people on this board? Just drink one or two cups a day and you're fine.

i can't. one cup turns to two, then to three. it's addicting for me, like cigarettes for others

im on wellbutrin which makes you so caffeine sensitive that you can't drink more 150 mg in a day anyway. I guess that's an option if you can get a doctor to prescribe it for you. Also increases your sex drive, dopamine, and reduces hunger cravings.
