smoke meth
forbidden preworkout
Craze preworkout actually had meth. I think you can still find the original one on ebay.
Who's in the gym for more than like 5 hours per week?
Eat carrot cake to get ripped
Me
Hour of cardio a day, 30 minutes lifting most days
don`t do your cardio in a gym take a walk / bike and run errands instead
go IST for cardio bro
but then u ll look like this
Never settle for second best, Methamphetamine and deca - breakfast of champions.
Why would I listen to the advice of a roidtroony that died at 40?
check this out
Okay now I'm convinced.
What's with Germans being on amphetamines?
Breakfast of champions.
Have any natties tried this high intensity low volume training? does it even work at all without the steroid boost?
Of course it works. The question is does it work better than what you're doing now and if not are the tradeoffs still worth it to you?
Mentzer actually said heavy training was the perfect routine for natties since they are able to get ample time to recover unlike roidbros who can lift 6 days a week and still put on mass
In this case why does 10-20 sets per muscle group per week seem to be the mainstream consensus?
Because the majority of natties are naive and think their favorite actors or IG influencers aren't on steroids and think following their routines will yield similar results.
The "mainstream consensus" takes input from roiders.
They took the weiderpill not knowing it was implicitly for guys taking in industrial levels of supplements and drugs.
As other anons have said, extreme volume only works if you are blasting. Nattys need lots of time to recover and grow
idk about less volume, but more rest days surely gives you better gains as a natty
4x week masterrace. If you are spending more than 2 hours at the gym + gym setting (getting dressed, driving, showering, meals, etc) and you are not competing nor making any money out of it, you are wasting your time. I won't shill a meme "mimnimalist workout to maximize gains" but please do try to find a plan that is as time efficient as possible.
I mean that as 2 hours per day.
I would never spend 8 hours a week on the gym. It's one of the reasons I made a home gym.
>4 times a week
>less than an hour a day
how many sets per muscle group are you doing in a week?
love liftin weights
love bein left alone
simple as
people love to tell other people they're wasting time while they proceed to do precisely frick all with theirs. everything could be considered a waste of time.
nailed it
I kneel
WAIT WTF? One of those was me. How tf did you steal my (you)?

I love Mentzer, but be real. Most people cannot train with the intensity necessary to make optimally efficient gains like he said you could.
Most of us work out for an hour a day with a little left in the tank as opposed to the amazing force of will it takes to completely exhaust every ounce of effort maxing out on each lift.
good thing I'm not most people sheepboy
You're a homosexual
But at least it sounds like you work hard.
baaaaaah to you too my homie
I agree with you that it's not for most people. HIT training requires pre-existing conditioned but overall a typical Mentzer focused routine consists of 4 total working sets for an entire workout which typically lasts 30 minutes. If you lift lighter and get an understanding at how much you can lift until failure then anyone can make it work.
The biggest thing I've noticed and especially from my own personal experience is that HIT gets criticized a lot by people who honestly have no idea what they're doing or are too out of shape to push themselves until failure
post body dyel
4 day cycle is 1.75 times a week
(and do roids ;P)
If you train to failure you will need a nap afterwards. So it does frick your day up a bit. Also some bodys will just break down sooner or later if you go the real high intensity route. I love training hard tough..
Never understood what workouts ur actually suppose to do though. 1 day upper 1 day lower? How else could you split it
Mentzer's recommended starter routine was basically upper every 8 days, legs/abs every 8 days
No way you are supposed to train your body once a week
Has anyone actually done this? Why do the scientific RP templates do the absolute opposite?
gaining 50lbs of muscle in 11 months is impressive. That’s just over double the fully optimized maximum natural human capacity, he must be eating duck eggs or something.
For me its 2-3 times per week and I made amazing results. Did a one year bulk and gained about 15 lbs of muscle and 2 lbs of fat. And all strength PRs went through the roof. 3pl8 for squat, 2pl8 bench 125lb ohp, and I don’t deadlift (not worth the risk for a newb like me imo) I’m 170lbs 5’8
I see man Im doing Sheiko and close to benching double my bodyweight but working out 3x a week only doing bench for entire workout
Happy that you saw progress but I think these weird programs might not work for more advanced lifters
ITT: morons who don't understand HIT was designed SPECIFICALLY for natties and think Mentzer was just another "hey, wanna know how I built my physique? just buy my program and you'll look as good as me!"-tier grifter
>meme diets
>meme workouts
the meat and potatoes of IST
correct
roidshitter your spamming is getting VERY boring
>he fell for the HIT meme
NGMI, and post body.
You first rajeesh
This one set thing is kind if bullshit, but going for maximum intensity seems pretty sensible. Time to start gping to failiure on my last set of every excercise.
The gym is all I have
Why wouldn't you want to make time for other things like reading or art or finance or something beneficial?
you can workout an hour a day everyday and still have time are you fricking moronic...you are you follow metzner some homosexual
How would high rep HIT work? 8 reps to absolute failure absolutely wreck me. I have 5 years of lifting experience and am quite positive I can reach absolute failure with 1 set given the right mindset, but it is so insanely tiring it is not worth it.
Especially if I do Yates deadlifts at the end of my back workout... Maybe this means this training style is not for me? I see powerlifters train more often and heavier than I do.
>How would high rep HIT work?
Well if you can do 8 reps now, you can work your way up to 9, then 10, and so on. As t approaches infinity, reps also approach infinity.
I love Mentzer so much bros. He's casted away all illusions and pushed the ball forward.
yeah honestly im greatful for his contribution to the world of fitness
Meltzer gays never post body
One workout a week chads we can't stop winning
truedat
however I feel it’s important to note that nobody can stop winning if they never started.
I will train four times a week and go out with friends on weekends and you will not stop me dead gay meth addict
If you run 5/3/1 properly and go to failure every workout, hit each lift every 7-8 days… it’s kinda what mentzer said but using compound lifts
