        O e of these powershift er programs wanted me to squat three times per week, some twice. Ff is wrong with them. Squatting once a week with leg curls is more than enough, then you do Romanian deadlifts and leg press on the other day in the week. Leaves more time for bench pressing.

        Quick question anons, if you were this guys personal trainer and assuming he would listen to what you say how would you go about fixing his physique so he can properly bulk when the time comes? Would you have him cut slowly or have him go on more of a crash diet where he would lose the necessary body fat quick and then go into bulking at a steady rate?

        He would honestly look good if he loses the fat and puts on muscle specifically in his arms/shoulders/back imo.

    I doubt you have Klinefelters unless you've been diagnosed. If you are wondering if you *might* have it, you don't. You would look distinctly different from other guys. I knew a guy with it, he was around 6'5" with child bearing hips and breasts and he slept 12 hours per day.

    the chance of having Klinefelters is incredibly low. The easiest and fastest way to tell if you have it or not is to simply check the size of your testicles. People with Klinefelter rarely have testicles greater than 2cm in diameter at the widest point, whereas normal people are around 3.5cm in diameter.

    Also black and Indian people tend to have longer legs and broader hips anyway so keep that in mind depending on your race.

    Anyway get out your tape measure and find out for yourself.
