Isn't it important to eat mostly complex carbs? I always have 100g carbs left by the end of the day and need to chug myself shit for the sake of it. It doesn't seem healthy.
I easily drink 1000 calories of alcohol a day for when candy and shit gets nasty. Soda is another good one. But drink like 1 shot of on sale whisky per 6-10oz of coke/Pepsi whatever 2l is on sale and you will never be even close to a deficit again.
yeah it is hell eating enough when you just flat out are sick of eating. jay cutler was asked in an interview one time what his favorite cheat meal was, he said his favorite cheat meal was the one he didnt have to eat.
>Cheerios >Low sugar
You have poor understanding of nutrition, carbs get turned into glucose and Cheerios are not complex carbs so it's basically like sugar without being sugar
3200 calories is way too much to build muscle, it's just gonna turn into fat.
And even then, protein is what's necessary, not cals, cals are just energy and your body never needs 3200 calories.
Your muscles use your glycogen storage for energy and your glycogen storage isn't unlimited so all that will happen is that your body stores all those excessive calories as fat.
Only a marathon runner will succeed in emptying their glucose storage
Do you not even know the difference between BMR and TDEE? Also, before the advent of seed oils ruining everyones metabolism such calories were the norm to simply maintain a weight of ~70kg.
at least your post wasn't as dumb as this guy
Why would you have to eat that much and why do you want to gain weight? You want to be fat?

Drink soda. Carbonation stretches stomach. Sugar induces hunger through insulin response. Salt increases thirst meaning you drink more soda. If you are worried about your health buy a soda stream and you can make your own. Lemon lime soda is easy to make.
I honestly thought about this once (lol), but sadly baskin-robins doesn't sell this anymore, or atleast not where I live.
I'm sure nothing else on their menu is calorie dense at all
drink a little gasoline
What do you eat for carbs?
honey, potatoes, oats, coco pops (its literally just chocolate rice), milk, fruits and fruit juices, candies made from beef gelatine, white sugar.
Isn't it important to eat mostly complex carbs? I always have 100g carbs left by the end of the day and need to chug myself shit for the sake of it. It doesn't seem healthy.
You don't have to have those carbs.
No, but then you give your body sugar spikes and that is not good
There's nothing wrong with insulin and blood sugar spikes

bait
I don't see how that's so hard. The average American eats much more every day while thinking they're only eating 2000 calories per day.

You probably cook like shit go look up some fine dining shit or work in a nice restaurant for min wage.
It gets easier over time, you have to train your diet just as much as you do your muscles
Massive bowl of cereal (cheerios, low sugar) with milk every morning + normal diet does the trick
>Cheerios
>Low sugar

>can have no more than 2000 calories a day on workout days to lose weight
>having to eat 4k calories just to gain 300 grams of bodyweight per week
Being a lanklet is suffering
Why would you have to eat that much and why do you want to gain weight? You want to be fat?
Because not everyone is a fatty trying to lose weight? Unless you're fat and/or new a caloric surplus is necessary to gain muscle

this is, without a doubt, the most moronic post I've seen here in my 15+ years. congrats.
Explain why.
Oh you can't? Maybe that's because you're the moron
Go back
no human with low muscle mass needs 3 THOUSAND fricking calories, a 6'4 man at 70kg has a BMR of 1700 calories for example
Do you not even know the difference between BMR and TDEE? Also, before the advent of seed oils ruining everyones metabolism such calories were the norm to simply maintain a weight of ~70kg.

cool man but we aren't in 1940 anymore, 70kg men can't eat 3k cals anymore
