I was at home doing squats with only 10kg, but I felt something go in my lower back and had to stop straight away. Was completely fricked, couldn't even get up to go to the bathroom for a day and a half. Got food once in those two days, managed to shower on the 3rd day. Got a bit better each day and then after a month I screwed it again getting out of bed, as bad as the first time. Then again about a month later. Thank frick I was at home right next to my bed when it happened, I would have been the guy you're talking about if it happened at the gym.
Yeah I dropped the barbell on my face failing a 55kg bench. It gave me a blue eye but my deadlift after that went well from raging at myself
When I started lifting in 2013 I injured my hip and had pain for 2 years because some morons on here told me to run out SS until I could squat 3 pl8. Turned out the low volume was just shit for me and running it out was a terrible idea, fell for the SS meme. Hopped on a higher volume program and all of my lifts exploded instantly
