    I plank for 3 minutes daily
    I was opting to start going for longer periods but then I realized there's no real benefit to it and the diminishing returns don't compare to other, better exercises

    There is something very sad inside me when i imagine a person that would actually believe and follow that. It's not exactly cringe, more like 'this innocent soul doesnt know'.
    The satisfaction after every workout which is unfounded.
    The plans and dreams which will never work out with this approach.
    Sharing your 'progress' and 'workout plan' with your close ones who also don't know any better and believe you.

    I'm also recruiting some people at my company and have this exact same feeling when someone is celarly not competent enough to land any job in the field.
