I want to do it for at least 1 more month. Have been fat my ENTIRE life so its a mental thing. I still have actual fat on my pecks and lower belly and thin layer on skin. It pisses me off that my chest pokes out a little since there's some fat.

Call it autism, idc I ant to be very lean before i start eating.

I am bro, pic is super deceiving since im inhaling and flexing abs. You also cant see the small bit of loose skin + fat on lower belly. If i stand sideways you can see some fat sticking out of my chest (not gyno)

Nope, this triggers me as I can't look myself in the mirror. Also blocks my lower abs. I am not going to exceed 1500 calories(was on 1200 up until last week) until this shit is unironically 80% gone.

seriously tho, look at what you wrote. what purpose does the word serve in this sentence?
if you just said "I am not going to exceed 1500 calories until this shit is 80% gone," do you have a reason to believe that people would assume that this statement is couched in a layer of irony? such that you need to specify that you are somehow going to lose weight in an unironic manner? what would mean to lose weight ironically, anyway?

Yeah but it's kind of nuanced. I stopped taking whey, made custom entries for protein sources I do eat with less optimistic protein per serving. And my gains really took off. I think I was just cutting it too close to 1g/lb. The combination of lying about protein content from companies by sending in really high quality samples vs the product a couple years into production, adding nitrogen to samples to make it seem like it has more protein and setting the serving sizes where the rounding error benefits them just made trusting the numbers too much a detriment.

Yes. A few years ago I made lbs of chicken in the slow cooker every day and basically gained 20 lbs and went up in every lift. This was after having lifted for 12 years.
