Meat = bioavailable nutrients
Muscles = musculoskeletal strength
Fasting = cellular repair
Yes.
>16:8 IF
>weekly 36+ hour fast
>250g protein from animal sources (meat, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs)
>3 days weight training, 3 days bodyweight movement training
which yogurts do you like?
Always gaye because I can get it in bulk. I get it plain and eat it with berries or make a protein smoothie with some whey and spinach. Depending on bulk or cut, I get either full fat (5%+ milkfat) or fat free.
grass fed balkan for healthy gut flora, not for proteins obviously
>yogurt
kefir gang checking in
Zero athleticism gang
Gay Black folk
This is good if you're trying to extend your life until the late 90s or so, idgaf about living that long so I'd rather not plummet my test levels from fasting and get fricking jacked, that being said I'll still participate in ramadan.

please go away
homie there is no way where your body doesn't start to use bodily protein stores (muscle) for energy once your liver glycogen is depleted which only takes about 8 hours or so at rest, factor in exercise and your going to enter a catabolic state so quick it'll make your head spin. Fasting is to lose weight, not for muscle gain
HGH production increases during fasts to retain muscle. Protein breakdown does increase, but so does glycogen reuptake in the muscle as well as other benefits.
There's more to building muscle than "high test"
Yeah I'm aware of the process, see my above comment, but theres more to high test than just muscle gain, it contributes to a myriad of health benefits, meaning you'd like to keep it as high as naturally (and healthily) possible. Moreover not being properly fed and attempting strength training is a recipe for disaster, you simply need fuel in your body to generate force, and if you lift after feeding you're in a very limited time position to lift after adequate digestion and before you need to sleep, no caffeine boost available either.
I'm not saying fasting has no benefits, just that it's not suitable for the purposes of muscle gain
Lmao are you lean enough for this to apply to you, anon?
You're conflating 2 different mechanisms, being ultra lean does kill test but so does extended fasting, that's also related to why fasting spikes HGH, it's to offset the muscle wasting as much as possible
But to answer your question I'm around 12% bf rn
I'm not conflating the two. If you aren't lean then the dropping test doesn't apply to you.
