How about you just don't engage in all the self-destructive behaviors which cause you to age in the first place, dickhead?

He may be accidentally just hitting the lab marks but actually those markers are meant to be general indicators of ones health so might have bad health but be maxxing out on the indicators. Statistical bias is so amazing — the more you consider the less you know but it’s better to know that you don’t know for sure than to be ignorant and confident about it.

Apparently his current level of caloric restriction is sustainable. Originally he was at a greater deficit but he dropped dangerously low to 3% bf so they upped his calorie intake to until he was at the greatest sustainable caloric deficit. He's at about a 600 calorie deficit and sustains 6% bf

Usually that makes sense because testosterone a naturally occurring hormone seems healthy (it is). What if I told you though that low test meant increased longevity and cutting off your balls at age 20 could mean 10 years longer lifespan (ie living a eunuch life). It’s officially improving your health if longevity is the measured variable, and officially worsened your health if QOL is to be considered.

            Anonymous

What is the point of living 10 years longer if you have to spend the majority of your life as a eunuch?

              Anonymous

              For the general population
It’s not worth it. I’d rather just live a fairly good QOL healthy long life (god willing) and then die instead of even longer life but as a eunuch. Especially because the body already starts to go into eunuch mode in old age (menopause and menarche) so the extra 10 hypothetical years seems not worth it being a eunuch from age 20-60 but worth it after that. However that’s the main part of your life so it’s not even close to worth it.

Not just calorie restriction, low fat vegan calorie restriction. TRT is arguably more important than anything else he does for body composition, this guy would be a husk without it.

No, they allow for compositional differences. If the body has insufficient lean mass, that’s still underweight as far as one is medically concerned (but yes officially her not be underweight because the 30lbs less of muscle and 30lbs more of fat would still have the same number on the scale).

Vegan is already ‘low-fat’ so no need to specify generally.

I never said it’s high in animal fat. Olive oil is a healthy source of fat. I hope you’re aware that fat/oil refer to the same thing.

You forgot the part where he takes blood from his son on a regular basis, and calls him his "blood boy".
He's not a son to this guy; his son is just another tool to further his goals.

Nothing wrong with the blood transfusions. His son is 18 and doesn’t have to participate.

        Anonymous

I don’t know anything about this but I think I heard donating blood is healthy for people because it removes heavy metals or toxins from your body. So I’m a roundabout way wouldn’t that help him too?

          Anonymous

This is false — there are 0 health benefits of donating blood other than the extremely rare chance that a man’s iron levels is too high(very rare) or woman’s iron levels being too high(unheard of, extremely rare) and donating can help lower that iron. Most people have normal iron or low iron. Nothing to help with heavy metals unfortunately.

            Anonymous

I’m not convinced by this. It makes sense that by donating blood every now and then you would naturally purge certain things from your body that are in your bloodstream. Intuitively it makes sense.I think I read (even though I’m not concerned about this) it can help remove micro plastics. It probably does work but it’s a question of how efficient is it or how much impact it makes.

Blood infusions from younger people work. Rich israelites do it for a reason but it's borderline satanic.

I don’t know anything about that because it sounds insane but the underlying science I would be interested in understanding. Regardless like I said in my previous post if we have microplastic shit in our blood trapped in our bodies then it does seem PLAUSIBLE that by donating blood you would remove some of it if you did it a few times a year. no idea if it would work better than something like dialysis or something though.

ok here you go if you guys are under 25 and do not wan to age:
Research food high in AGE & PUFA. Avoid them all together

Only steam food. No boiling and especially no direct fire or hot pan stiring (look at AGE)

Stop going to gym or at least minimise it to once a week w/ HIIT program. Everything that raises your body temperature and cortisol is aging you fast as shit.

Raw eggs only - drink yolk only. Raw beef liver. Drink bone broth (bones and water, nothing else). Eat plenty of fruit but avoid vegetables.

For complex carbs white rice is best (bad) option. Next to it are sweet potatoes.

Always wear big caps that shades you all around the face. Avoid sunscreen. Forget the UV israelite cope.. Yes it damages you but not as hard as direct sunlight.

Make beef tallow face cream. Really easy to do and also cheap as frick. Apply it 15 min before you go to bed.

CALORIE RESTRICTIONS! Eat nutrient dense food like liver and eggs. You don't want to stomach food all day long. You want the food to be in and out asap. More you train more you need to eat and mora you will speed up the metabolic damage - aging

    t. 31 but look 20 when no beard. Energy through the roof and boners every morning. Not even smallest wrinkles around the eyes.

This blue pilled millionaire could eat good steaks and best raw livers all day long along with a lot of sleep. Maybe the blood transfusion is good but he is fricking it up with the diet and training.

      Anonymous

lets say I believe that you really look 20 at 31, at what age have you started this regimen and where did you learn about the beef tallow face cream? why beef tallow? is it due to specific fatty acids? which ones? palmitic? stearic? oleic?

        Anonymous

it's not about the cream dude.
You can ditch the tallow cream all together.
I don't even wash my face every day. If I ate raw eggs and liver all day long I keep the grease/sweat from the face over the night and next day I am shining! Of course no acne. Just pure good grease. Call me nasty but it's keeping me baby faced for the last 8 years.

Lmao at you homosexuals obsessing over aging. Black person you are going to age no matter what. You can't reverse time. Just don't smoke, minimize alcohol, sleep well and exercize. This will only guarantee that you age better but that's as good as you are going to do.

        Anonymous

yeah ok dude, keep eating goyslop and seed oils and pat yourself on the back for being redpilled on tobacco and alcohol which by last 10 years literally everyone knows that,
We can all be smart right now about aging not being the big problem but believe me when you'll be 40-50 it will matter to you.

Diet isn’t important, I’m 315lbs and healthy because I exercise twice a week for 45 min and I sleep well. Seed oils is a myth, I eat seed oils daily and I feel fine.

The only eating 4 hours a day, preferably in the morning is something I try to do already.
    I sleep better.
I've added some of his exercises/stretches to my daily mobility work.
His diet seems wack considering it leaves him low t (which makes sense because he's consuming under his tdee)
Alot of his stuff seems to be overly obsessive, you could probably do 10% and get 90% of the effects.
