This is going to be a keto trend soon. Already seeing people mentioning to donate blood to detoxify excess iron from the body.

      Anonymous

You can leach excess iron chemically through diet, if you even need to do that, there is no reason to blood let.

        Anonymous

I know about stuff like coffee but the reason I'm specifically mentioning keto is that whole diet religion works on constantly being low energy, on the idea that it makes you healthier due to some debunked theory a hundred years ago called "rate of living theory." Bloodletting is just the logical next step from constant fasting and cold showers. I'm not shitposting, I legitimately believe they're going to make this the next step and maybe even try to make it a pseudo-macho thing like "losing blood in battle like my ancestors." I've watched it grow over a decade, I know how it works.

At one point I did manage to get about ~400ml out. Have to say I felt amazing afterwards. Not sure if it was placebo effect or not but the rest of that day I felt 20 years younger.
