        my gf was giving me a lot of shit for callused hands so i got the cheapest workout gloves they had on Amazon and wear them when lifting, it actually helped

        now that you say this i think i'm not pushing myself hard enough lately and i should increase weights more often but also my technique is probably lacking, i engage my delts way too much, been conscious of that for a while but have yet to fix it for real

          >variant movements that emphasize stretch (dumbbells, camber bars)
          >isolations
          >convergent chest press machines at your gym, if you go to one.
