Lifting is great. It's healthy, makes you more aesthetic, but it won't help you live longer or slow down aging whatsoever. Also it's only really healthy if you're already pushing it on the calories side, if you're already skinny and cardio-fit, you don't gain much if anything at all healthwise fro lifting. Lifting is healthy for most people because most people are fat and any bit of metabolic tissue that works against the fat is good for them. Other exercise yes, there is no biological reason why it would be healthy for an otherwise fit and healthy person to also heavy weights and get big muscles, no human in nature ever did that.

i dunno, but i would work out more often, do more cardio, eat way healthier. have access to the best trainers and chefs, itd be based.
