CT Fletcher actually said he ate 4 Big Macs a day every day back when he was a world champion weightlifter.

      >health
and of course, CT Fletcher then almost died and had to have major heart surgery.

    >Big Macs are unhealthy because...THE GOVERNMENT SAID THEY ARE OKAY?!
You could eat Big Macs everyday while working out and would be healthier than someone who ate normal but was completely sedentary.

Hm not entirely sure if it is.
Plenty of high quality proteins, mixed with fat and carbs. Some micros aswel. Just insanely high salt and saturated fat, but a normal diet isnt exactly low in either. Especially if you stick to max 1800kcal of big macs, im not sure how unhealthy it would be.
Kind of depends what "normal diet" means here.

No one improved their cardiovascular health by sitting around all day, doesn't matter if they eat like a bird.

You know, there's a point when you get shit partitioning because you're too fat, and you're better off cutting and bulking up again. After a cut you get way better partitioning.
We're talking about high body fat levels, like 30%, obesity tier, but still.
You need a ton of food, a ton of protein, but within limits. The limits are pretty much the same as common sense, nothing restrictive - if you're a fat frick, don't overeat!

It's true. Clean bulking is an oxymoron. The concept was created in the 2010s by orthorexic autists. Bulking always meant junk food. It mean gaining lots of fat, then using drugs to lose the fat.
That's why bulking and cutting was only done by actual bodybuilders, not by hobbyists.

Clean bulking food like chicken breast, rice, broccoli are actually the classic diet for cutting. Back then, it was low fat, high carb, so you ate chicken breasts. Then rice because nobody is allergic to rice and it's easy digestable. Broccoli is just a stand-in for any green you like.

You can't eat enough "clean" food for bulking, that's why you always get incels complaining about how eating is so hard.

I think it depends on how big you are and how many calories you need. It's only when you get to the very top level and look at guys who need 10,000 calories per day that they need to eat candy and stuff. Rich Piana's Bigger By The Day was mostly clean but then he also ate a pint of ice cream every day. But without that pint of ice cream, he was still eating enough clean food for anybody who's not a giant bodybuilder like him. If you're a regular sized guy bulking on 4,000 calories or even less, that's very doable on a clean bulk. Just eat a lot of nuts and stuff and drink orange juice for liquid calories.

what makes orange juice better than ice cream? they're both sugar bombs

        eating "clean" is a meme

actually "dirty bulk" vs "clean bulk" isn't supposed to refer to the type of food but rather the amount of calories. If your maintenance is 3000 calories and you eat 3500 calories, that's a clean bulk. If your maintenance is 3000 calories and you eat 5000 calories, that's a dirty bulk. It's just that usually the reason people do dirty bulks is to have an excuse to eat a lot of garbage.

If you appeal to health, then weight gain should be concern for starving people, but trying to get big for some reason is not healthy.

What I wonder is how a big mac can have so many calories? I mean, it's not *that* much food.

Eating one is 800 a pop.
