I am this guy on the shorter side (5 6), I cope by staying in my lane basically and recognizing the guys who really obsess over shit like this were never really my people to begin with.
Staying in my lane - Like I saw a manlet uggo kid talking to a stacy around his age and honestly I could tell from a distance that she was using him as an entertainment monkey than anything serious - he even took out his phone once gesturing at her and they talked something and he put it away kek.
I commend him for trying but it was just sad looking. When I reflect on female success - it has ALWAYS been with girls my height or shorter so I don't even bother with any girl that doesn't fit very specific parameters.

First, don't care about things that you can't control and focus on things and people that actually make you happy
For style, I mostly eboymaxx though I have a few preppy fits that are very safe for my workplace (I work at very large lab). I'm also asian so I can kpopmaxx. I mostly go for a sleeper build and train for strength and not size, eat clean to keep up the neotany, do good skin care. I'm actually pretty outdoorsy so I only really lean into the fit when I'm going out the city.
