Sufficient amounts of exercise will cause muscle tears. The human body alerts you to this in the form of pain. If you would like to exercise without experiencing pain. Exercise to the point that you do not feel pain. Do lightweight exercises. Repetition is key. As you progress, you will be able to exercise more intensively given the same conditions.
I have this:

What should I do to recover? I miss the smell of summer forests.
How long have you had it?
id prefer it if my dong not bend
Did it always bend?
I have to poop right now
also I have hyperhydrosis of my hands and feet
"hyperhydrosis of my hands and feet"
Is this something that you would like to stop?
I used to be able to keep going till I was close to fainting and wake up the next day feeling good
"used to"
As you get older, the conditioning curve tends to get steeper. This is significantly more noticeable if your lifestyle involves intermittent exercise.

For 6-7 years now.
1. I have a very sore spot right underneath the base of my index toe on my right foot. There are times when I can hardly walk it hurts so bad. Very sharp and localized pain in one spot.
2. Sometimes my left ear feels blocked, and I can barely hear out of it. I usually also get some kind of slight ringing and irritability when it happens.
3. Tonsil stones
4. Patchy beard
5. The occasional genital wart. Doc gave me a gel that burns them off but they keep coming back. Hoping for a pill or something instead of a topical since it's not curing it
4. age and beard roller/ hormones. if you are young, you can wait. If it has gone on for an extended period of time -> (get your hormone levels checked)
How much chest hair do you have?
sometimes i feel like i have OP homosexualry syndrome. what do you recommend
Stop reading OP, or stop being OP
yeah its kinda annoying, I always gotta wipe my hands down and it makes driving annoying
needing to poop is also annoying
How much do you weigh? I'd rather not receive personal details. What is your BMI?
Please mind that I'm giving succinct answers (with regards to limited information)

Do you drink, smoke, take medication, take drugs. (I don't want to know the answer. This is more so a question you can introspect upon)
To all replies thus far. Blood circulation is the most important factor in general health. Even if you do have a condition in which blood circulation is unrelated, improving blood circulation would help, with regards to pain and this current thread.
sweaty hands homie
BMI is 24.4, im 6'1, 185 pounds, but roughly 16% bodyfat, so I've got some muscle on me as well
I've had it prettymuch my whole life, even when I was a super skinny kid. Its not severe, more on the mild side, just an annoyance I've always had to deal with.
Eating well and maintaining a normal BMI (which I don't necessarily agree with because everyone is different) would fix 80% - 90% of issues that the general population has.
my pp hard
What about it? X
id prefer it if my dong not bend
my pp also hard
Me hurty day after exercise
What about it?
How do I prevent it?
