        I did in 6 years, but it all it took to lose it was 10 months of no hypertrophy exercises and 5 months of a hobo tier diet for me to lose everything I fought for twice a day while dieting like an autist every fucking day for 6 years. I can't look at myself in the mirror anymore

    First step is getting the fat off. Diet down to a healthy body fat percentage while lifting weights. If you're morbidly obese then you can lose weight really fast and itll basically all be fat. The rules change once you start getting lean. Once you're decently lean then do a slow bulk. Only about 200kcal over maintenance is what you need at that point. Lifting and cardio the entire time

    Went to a restaurant in a gentrified neighborhood. Prices were a bit high but it was strange seeing an American with reasonable portion sizes. The currywurst was a sausage, a small side of mashed potatoes that seemed low on dairy, and some quick pickled cabbage. Probably 700 or fewer calories total. My goal while on vacation is maintenance but I think I might have ended the day in deficit which is nice. Also had 2 bites of a pretzel and one bite of a strudel, and one beer. Total meal at about 1200 for about 1900 calories for the day.

      Based. I also struggle to find reasonable portions in Americarb.
      One tip is go to a Mexican restaurant that serves a la carte and order the Asada tacos, no rice and beans. Make sure they don’t oil the grill before they heat up your tortillas. And ask them to hold the chips. It ends up being reasonably healthy (no veg but you can order guacamole and top the tacos with it)
      Another tip: they usually have extra Hispanicy salsa in the back for the workers. Ask for that

    This guy actually looks ok with tattoos but for the life of me I just can't see me getting the one's I want which would be epic as hell, the problem being right, even if ink in the lymph nodes wasn't a concern I cannot fucking pay for as many as this guy probably has, and even though I am an artist I likely can't tattoo across my muscle curves and body terrain.
