Stop eating your Black person diet.
From now on you only eat:
    >eggs
    >greek yogurt
    >raisins
    >apples
    >grilled chicken
    >milk
inb4 morons say "buy a squirter gun" because "wiping your ass causes hemeroids "

This is good advice, as well as drinking a LOT more water, which makes your body less likely to seek hydration from food. Much of it is diet and also not straining hard when you poop, taking the time to let it come out naturally by itself (which is much simpler when you're not pooping rock hard jagged bowling balls).

Wiping your ass doesn't cause hemorrhoids, as you stated, but it can exacerbate a bad situation. Usually people simply need to wipe more gently or change tissue, but if those things are not alleviating problems after wiping then having one of those tank line guns or a bidet can be pretty helpful in aiding recovery.

Buy hemorrhoid cream at the self checkout. It actually works. Take fiber daily, buy psyllium husks or knock off metamucil. I have ibs and take a probiotic and metamucil daily and it fixed alot of my ASS problems

I tried this already, i have like 3 different ones, 2 on the inside that protrude outside, and one solely on the outside, my butthole looks like a mangled slice of bologna with a hole in it. what the frick, the cream didn’t work, suppositories didn’t work, these things will not fricking go away

You didn’t say that you were consuming psyllium every day and eating a diet of unprocessed food. I had hemorrhoids before and that made them completely disappear. I even had one that burst while I was taking a shit. The pain was unreal and the relief was amazing when it burst. But I pretty much had to use soap and water every time I took a shit until it healed. Now I pretty much never get them, for years. If I eat like garbage for more than a week I’ll start to get new ones but it’s easy to make them go away by getting my diet back on track

You think that's bad? I had a peri-anal abcess literally less than an inch away from my butthole. I cudnt even sit or walk without pain. It was one of the worst pains I had, it wud burst and I'd have relief for a day. Then it wud fill back up the next day to restart the pain. I had to show the docs and nurses my butthole like 3 times, the surgeon told me it's one of the worst ones he's seen cause I had it for like 9 months. Surgery Is the only way I got it fixed. Don't be scared of the docs anon, the longer u wait the worst ur surgery outcome will be. Inb4 fatass, I was a healthy male at a healthy weight for some males it just happens in their 20's

It’s terrible, it’s like an incredibly intense stinging or burning sensation. It makes you fear having to take a shit because you know the pain will be intense when you have flare ups. Once it’s there, everything you do is uncomfortable and miserable. Wether sitting, or even sleeping. It’s one of the worst things to have imo.

Castor oil worked wonders for me - just give it a good smear all over the affected area (grim, but what can you do?) every time you feel irritation.
The gaps between those times will get longer and longer until the whole thing clears up completely.
Took about a week for me and no return since. Over a year ago now.

There was a post on IST about not squeezing your sphincter when you shit if you have hemorrhoids. It's actually more subtle. First don't squeeze and let the shit fill your rectum. Then you want to squeeze just a bit like you were cutting a long sausage on part. Do it very gently while still holding the rest of your shit above your rectum. Get proper position too. DON'T SQUAT when shitting and possibly renounce lifting heavy loads. It increases the blood pressure. Try to stand as much as possible through the day. Get on of those standing desk and say god by to your gamer chair. Also walk to improve blood flow. Running will cause an inflammation but long walks will improve your bowel movements and blood flow. Classical cream against hemorrhoids do works. Just go at a another town pharmacy.

source: ate mysterious chilly from friends as prank when I was 12 and had to learn how to stop shitting blood after a prolapse-like hemorrhoids crisis

Do you not feel them? I have to say I haven’t checked at all since but there was a period of time where they totally flared up out of nowhere. I just increased fibre intake, reduced dairy a little, and anything else which might be inflammatory and it seemed to clear up. I had to use some topical cream which honestly was disgusting and I was scared of at first since I’ve never touched my ass like that but the relief was great, I’d recommend it. I’m very thankful I never had to use suppositories, I don’t think I could do it.

    Listen carefully OP.

From what I understand, you get rid of these hemorrhoids like so :
    - Eat Clean. You probably eat like shit so clean up your diet
    - WATER. Good Hydration is the key.

I've had a hemorrhoid only once in my entire life, it was when I was on vacation in a very hot summer.
The answer to getting rid of it was to drink tons of water and eating a bit better.

    Hope this helps.

I've had hemorrhoids for years, because I'm a moron and I spend all day sitting down.

Most of the time, they're fine. Occasionally I'll shit and they'll rip a bit and you get a slight bit of pain and a couple of drips of blood on the paper when you wipe, but it's not a big issue.

One time I had one get strangulated outside the butthole, now that sucked ass. Itchy as hell for like a week, very tender, had to keep folded up toilet paper in my pants to soak up the blood. Eventually it went black and came off in my hand, the relief was insane.

I went on a zero fiber diet for a couple weeks, cleared everything right up.

    Not OP but

    >switched to wet wipes
    >hemroid cream
    >30g+ fiber daily
    >1 gallon of water daily
    >sit/stand desk set to stand
    >regular walks
    >shower head bidet with luke warm water

Fricking went to the dr and all I got was a colonoscopy to say "lol its not cancer" try the above list that you were already doing.

I experienced a HUGE improvement in my haemorrhoids after switching to wet toilet wipes. Might not help at all if you're not the sort to wipe a lot with standard paper, though.

This is what I feel ill have to do. My daily protein shakes has been whats helped me lose a lot of weight, and I fear giving them up will reverse my loses. But on the flip side I can keep shitting rocks for the rest of my life. I do add pysllium most times and drink a gallon of water a day.

Going to go against the grain here and recommend limiting fiber, if not cutting it out completely.

This is not a joke. I say this as someone who was on a primarily plant-based diet for years, beans and lentils around the clock, as well as supplementing fiber. This was on top of the metric frick-ton of water I had to drink just to keep my intestines from backing up. It didn't work.

Cut out the fiber. Look into the vertical diet. GET A BIDET. Stay hydrated. Supplement buffered vit c and magnesium powder as needed.

You're hemorrhoids are never going to go away. They can, however, shrink. You're job now is to keep them from getting worse. Good luck, anon. Check out gutsense.org if interested.

I got constipation and hemorrhoids after I started getting fit and eating "healthy". Which meant fiber. So when everyone recommends fiber as a solution, I wonder if I have some strange condition.

    >tfw multiple hemmerhoids since I was 18
    >tfw shitting myself + intestinal fluid almost 24/7 for 3 months from the last one
    >tfw it still hasn't completely gone away completely, it flares up constantly and will never go away
If I get another I might actually just end it. I guess this is the price for sitting down all day unlike 99.99% of human history. The human butthole and mouth are such shitty evolutionary mistakes.

Not only have I suffered from recurring hemorrhoids, I have some small ones right now, but I also had a super persistent rectal fissure. I listened to the mainstream advice of eating tons of fiber, and it only helped a little bit. I then switched over to a low glycemic index dirty keto diet for acne reduction and was mostly eating animal products and healthy fats with almost zero fiber and much lower carb and sugar intake. Suddenly my bathroom went away and shitting was never easier - which is the exact opposite of what I was expecting.

Dr. Berg went into more detail about why it worked here.

I also listened to his advice and started eating lots of probiotic foods like kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, and relish, and also started eating way more fruits and vegetables by making smoothies every day. And that made it even easier to poop.

Also, adding coffee to my diet every day helped a lot too because I'm one of those people that almost always has to poop 2-4 hours after drinking coffee. And even decaf works if you want to avoid the caffeine, and so there's something in the coffee itself besides the caffeine that makes me poop.

I also take whole psyllium husk since it seems like it provides me with exactly the right amount of fiber that I need to poop without issue. Too much fiber makes my poop huge and aggravates my rectal fissure, but too little fiber makes my poop hard and also aggravates my rectal fissure. So you need to experiment with different diets and figure out which works best for you.

Also, try not to strain while pooping, sitting on the toilet for too long, clenching your butt muscles too much, and sitting for too long in general.
