All of this lasted me three weeks and cost me $30 all together combined with the occasional strawberries as a reward. It's so cheap and easy to eat healthy bros

It is healthy. The turkey, peanut butter and eggs all together have extremely high protein. If you eat 1500 calories of all it you're getting above average protein intake. Do your research. That's why I selected these foods.

It's called counting calories. One spoon of peanut butter is 180 calories. I use peanut butter to fill up a day's calories occasionally. It's also high protein. Use your brain. Math isn't that hard sweetie
by this logic any food is cut food, just count calories. cut food is food that is good for a cut, not just food that can exist in a cut. Cut food is food that is high protein, low calorie and highly satiating. Peanut butter is not cut food.
