Joe Rogan is NOT an antivaxxer
1. He's part if the UFC brand. So that part makes sense.
2. I don't find his standup particularly funny myself. But he is a strong advocate for a lot of very funny comedians as well as up-and-comers to have a platform.
3. He basically pioneered the long form podcast interview. I typically tune out when he does his UFC chats, but I guess he's afforded his passion projects as he sees fit. He has all the most compelling guests on first. He is the blueprint for many other good podcasters like Chris Williams, Shawn Ryan, Lex Friedman, Andrew Huberman and everyone in the space recognizes that. He is the rare spot where you can hear a mostly unbiased take right from a source themselves.
You're right up until that last part, since he can still pick and choose what type of guest he has on, but it's impossible to think he'll still have free reign over what his podcast presents to the public after so much money was dumped into it from outside sources. Not to say he leans one way or the other, just that the powers that be that invested in him will want to see returns.
