    Long distance runners are extremely unhealthy, but Vo2max is associated with a greater (3.5x) decrease in mortality vs muscular strength (2x)

    The point is to have both and it is clear this fat shit only has one.

      I honestly don't see the point unless you really enjoy it
      I'm sure strength training is plenty to have a healthy cardiovascular system. But if you're a normal man you should also use your body some. Having sex, playing sports, going hiking, whatever. For me I like riding my bike. This is all stuff that gets you a good cardio workout and is actually fun
      I honestly don't understand why any normal man would feel the need to run

      My squat is 530. My cardiovascular is left desiring, since I get split chins with less than 10 running steps (it goes away fast, though). My spine WAS fricked, isn't anymore, and sometimes it seizes a little when I get into awkward balance and I wonder how it would be at my age if i didn't lift. My knees are OK.

      I certainly agree with his view about doctors. Always get a second opinion, that thyroid operation your doctor suggested might be just to get a paycheck from insurance. Dentists recommend procedures you don't need to get paychecks all the time. Nose unblocking is completely worth it though, I wish I had got mine in my teens

    There is a dilemma on carrying a heavy body around demanding more energy that a runner, if he bloated instantly to 100+kg, would have difficulty to carry that a strongman don't, and if it happened the other way around and the strongman lost all his fat instantly he would be way stronger and now way faster because he have less weight to move
