Hey IST. Despite trying my best at 2000 calories a day, and walking 1 hour every single day, i reliazed it was all about genetics.
I've posted this here a few times, looking for cope geneticel answers, and thats all i got. All you chadcels kept saying 'durr just eat less and exercise more'
I decided to take on this moronic adviced just to prove once and for all that it's all about genetics. This was the result. Nothing. Nothing changed.
This proves once and for all that it is all about genetics. Nothing can save you if you're a genelet (which most of you are). This once again proves that chadcels should never be giving out advice.
If you have chad genes, then you dont need to do shit. Me and all the other genecels however, will not benefit from your moronic eat less and exercise more advice. I am living proof

                Benchpress
                Squat
                Deadlift
                Military press
                Horizontal Row
                Lat pulldown - Pull ups
                these are THE ONES if you do nothing else, these will get you in shape

                Up and down the mountain with all of them

                1 x set
                low weight as many as possible or until 15
                then add 5 - 10 kgs and do another set as many as possible
                Keep adding until the amount of reps drops to about 3-4 and push frick out of theses reps til almost failure

                Soft cardio to finish

                Warm Down - Stretch, every time. Stretch and pray before you leave the gym
                High intensity at your 3ish rep weight is best done either with a partner to spot or on an equivalent machine

                Full body first few times, then split into torso/legs/arms and finally into muscle groups

                deadlifts- dangerous, use lightweight and ask people
                punching bag - GOAT of cardio when paired with skipping rope. anyone can skip and should.

                the key here is intensity, you seem to have a good foundation, I'd wager you're not smashing it and your numbers aren't going up. Walk around the entire gym and try every single machine thats relevant to muscle groups you want to build and try all of them.

        OP you're an absolute moron. That's a very low deficit, assuming your metabolism burns about 1800-2000 kcal a day and walking an hour another 300 at BEST. One little error in calorie count and you're above maintenance. Eat less and exercise more you mongrel

    ignore rude morons here. my advice is: start rooning and eat less fat. you will imcrease your insulin sensitivity a lot. as a result your insulin will be lower so outflow of fat from fat tissue will be less blocked. cardio also causes muscles to be better at burning fat. endurance athletes have more fat in muscles than sedentary skinnies because it is used more for fuel. pure cico approach with neglecting hormonal side of things is lunacy. it is wayvway more complicated than addition and substraction. also work abs directly if you dont do it already. compounds are not enough.

    add cardio and change up your macros, do not do go too low with calories (e.g. 1500) or dont do any moronic diet (keto)
