I've posted this here a few times, looking for cope geneticel answers, and thats all i got. All you chadcels kept saying 'durr just eat less and exercise more'
I decided to take on this moronic adviced just to prove once and for all that it's all about genetics. This was the result. Nothing. Nothing changed.

High intensity at your 3ish rep weight is best done either with a partner to spot or on an equivalent machine
Full body first few times, then split into torso/legs/arms and finally into muscle groups

the key here is intensity, you seem to have a good foundation, I'd wager you're not smashing it and your numbers aren't going up. Walk around the entire gym and try every single machine thats relevant to muscle groups you want to build and try all of them.

ignore rude morons here. my advice is: start rooning and eat less fat. you will imcrease your insulin sensitivity a lot. as a result your insulin will be lower so outflow of fat from fat tissue will be less blocked. cardio also causes muscles to be better at burning fat. endurance athletes have more fat in muscles than sedentary skinnies because it is used more for fuel. pure cico approach with neglecting hormonal side of things is lunacy. it is wayvway more complicated than addition and substraction. also work abs directly if you dont do it already. compounds are not enough.
