Hey IST. Despite trying my best at 2000 calories a day, and walking 1 hour every single day, i reliazed it was all about genetics.
I've posted this here a few times, looking for cope geneticel answers, and thats all i got. All you chadcels kept saying 'durr just eat less and exercise more'
I decided to take on this moronic adviced just to prove once and for all that it's all about genetics. This was the result. Nothing. Nothing changed.
This proves once and for all that it is all about genetics. Nothing can save you if you're a genelet (which most of you are). This once again proves that chadcels should never be giving out advice.
If you have chad genes, then you dont need to do shit. Me and all the other genecels however, will not benefit from your moronic eat less and exercise more adviced. I am living proof

      I’m only eating 2k cals a day and walking an hour a day. And my weight won’t budge. No more no less

        You’re still eating too much dumbass. Are you even counting calories/macros? I started at 6’3” 272 lbs and I never ate 2,000 calories. More like 1,500 on average, 1,800 if I was being a pig. I’m 190-195 lbs now. Let me guess, you haven’t even bothered checking what your sedentary TDEE have you?

          Been following this routine since late May. Stomach fat and weight hasn’t budged an inch, and I’m 26 so test levels should be fine.

            Listen you fricking moron, it's very clear that you don't burn enough calories to lose weight.

            The solutions aren't rocket science, you either:
            1. Eat Less
            2. Do more exercise

            I have the same body type as you and the same age too. My ass is incredibly cut but my belly has fat. Do you know why?
            It's because, like you, I did more exercise that target my legs, so all the fat on my legs melted away but the one on my belly mostly stayed.

            Be more targeted, fat around a muscle will be used first, so do exercises that target your Abdominals and Obliques, like Planks and Sit-ups.
            Planks are great because you don't need to invest lots of time in them for them to be very effective, that way you can be more efficient with your exercising time. That doesn't mean you can slack however! Use that extra time to do more exercise and burn more calories.
            P.S.: I'm currently losing belly fat by just doing more exercise focused on my abdominals, exactly like I recommended to you. You can do this OP, just BE PATIENT!

        Stop fricking eating. Do some fasting til that shit is gone and then eat maintenance. That doesn't mean to eat what a calculator told you. That means to eat a certain amount every single day and if you are gaining weight on the scale then cut it back and keep doing that until your weight stays the same. Fasting is a 100% guaranteed method of burning your fat off. Keep doing light exercise on every fasting day (don't destroy your body) to maintain your muscle. Do long term steady state cardio while you're fasting to burn pure fat. Just hop on one of those cardio bikes for 12 hours a day if you have nothing else to do and pedal it slow as frick while watching movies or YouTube or something. Don't go longer than 10 consecutive days at a time. Drink the fricking snake juice every day that you fast. Take a break roughly equivalent to the length of time that you fasted to replenish your organs. Make sure to eat maintenance on those days. If you follow those instructions then you are 100% absolutely guaranteed to be successful. You could shed all that shit within 1-3 months depending on how hard you hit it. Dude you're so fricking close don't turn into some foggy doomer now. You're right at the finish line

          I tried going under 2000 calories last year
          When I hit 1900 calories a day my hair started falling out in patches, my teeth became loose and my gums receeded, I had zero energy, couldn't get erections, and had constanr homosexual urges, all after just 1 month

        I eat 1600 a day, do resistance training 3 times a week and go on the stair-cardio device 6 times a week, making sure im at like 160 bpm constantly.
        abs are starting to show but i probably gotta stick to it 2-3 more months.

        If you REALLY want abs, you're probably gonna have to do something like a keto diet that basically TARGETS the last pouch of stomach fat.     You will burn like 1600-1800kcals a day + an hour of walking is like a 200 kcals

    You have to go lower or first bulk and build muscle which helps you burn kcals

    You probably look good in a shirt which is 90% of it. Just start doing an hour or jogging or light cardio 2 times a week like swimming and 2 sessions of sprints or high intensity stuff. Hit your legs and forearms more.

    If not a sarms cycle would blow you up and help with fat distribution. Have some confidence though I look like shit after losing 23kg. Im still obese at frick but my breasts stick out past my gut and feel like a gigachad daily

        Walking ok but jogging is better. The real hard sprints help with fat mobilization. I did ostarine and cardarine when I was unneeting and it made a huge difference.

    All this bullshit about slow cut or "you got no muscle, bulk before you cut" is fat propaganda, like yeah it's technically the fastest way to what people consider a goal body, but it's much nicer to have an okay body and take longer to reach the goal than spend years being fat only to get there a little bit faster
