Change your pillowcase nightly, wash your pillow, evaluate your diet (you probably have food sensitivities), and probably stop shaving your hair so short (get a .5 instead of a 0)

Hey seriously listen to this anon. I used to get these and it turned out I have food issues. You can get a blood test to find out what they are. Also it could be caused my ingrown hairs.

What were your food issues? Is testing free or is it costly?

Its a voluntary test. You pay for it.

Obviously change pillowcase nightly, shower as soon as possible after training. Try benzoyl peroxide. It never worked on my face, but it cleared the shit out of my scalp

It's from getting skin fades. I get it too. I have no fix for it. I went to another barber and mentioned it and he exclaimed some barbers don't clean their tools very well.

Yeah OP should change barber instead, if he always gets a breakout soon after a haircut, it’s because his disgusting barber is not disinfecting shit. Happened to me as well but I just stopped fades and the ingrown hairs and massive whiteheads stopped.

I got lax with my skincare for a while until I realized I had this.
      >Make sure you are washing it
      >Change pillowcases every 4 days. Flip pillow every night. Wash sheets weekly.
      >Possibly change your routine to shower in the morning, or switch to showering at night
      >The close bald-fade is irritating your skin per this anon
      >It's possible the barber is using a dirty blade or trimmer on your neck (not necessarily reused, improperly stored?)
      >Use an astringent (witch hazel, but not too pure like Amazon basics, use Thayers or whatever) on your neck 2x a day after washing, and wherever you shave or exfoliate (shaving is exfoliating)
      >Give it time, try what works, see what doesn't work, it will always take a couple weeks to see the effects of what you do right now

Could be fungal acne. I get that shit on my head all the time, especially after getting a haircut. Nizoral and coal tar shampoo has helped.

Change your pillowcase often, wash hair after gym, and dont reuse towels

Doesn’t have a name. Just get a normal scissor trim then ask your Barbor for a very very low fade with clippers

Lightly scrub face and neck with a clean washcloth every shower. Scrub nose too and you’ll never have blackheads again they basically wash right off. Actually scrub whole body with a washcloth every day, probably more effective than soap or those plastic gay loofa sponges.

Selsun blue extra strength got rid of mine, but if i over eat processed sugar and fast food one or two will still pop up. I also got rid of most of my back acne by applying the selsun blue there. But same thing, if i eat a lot of slop i will get new ones

Get the salasilic acid shampoo that people use for psoriasis.
    > had that type of breakout
    > have mild psoriasis
    > use shampoo with salicylic acid
    > both go away completely
