To crash your T to female levels (50 ng/dl ish) you need antiandrogens, and these need to be rather strong.
One example would be a Lupron shot, gives you a spike of T for a few days, but then female levels for 1-3 months.
It's easy to detect though, as it is also going to drop your LH/FSH to 0.
Also be warned, you'll get menopause symptoms for that time period.
A more short therm way is to take 100-150 mg of cyproterone acetate per day for a week, maybe add some estrogen to make it more potent and give you more realistic foid levels.

No, FTMs have their T levels from 25ng/dl, to 180ng/dl on average, not even within low male ranges.
Most FTMs with normal male ranges are DIYing, over injecting their T or just getting their T from the same places the guys here do. If you follow the doctor you just get prepubescent T levels, or post menopausal T levels.
