have you tried training calves
Yeah I do both seated and standing raises 4xF on leg day which is 2x/wk. zero changes.

no. just being real. calves are even harder than forearms to change.
Both are actually quite easy if you train properly
Suggestions? Even if I grow my calf there’s still going to be a huge gap between my ankle and the muscle and I’m pretty sure that cannot be trained
nta but donkey calf raises, standing calf raises, and lots of walking is the plan. do high weight instead of high reps
Thanks. NTA but I have the same problem. Only time in my life calves looked better was in college when I walked hills every day to and from classes. I do standing raises on leg days and 15% incline walk for 5-10 minutes after every workout. Buddy told me I can't change it.
This is the only circumstance where calf implants should be considered.

It's a bent over lowbar squat like is taught in SS but not perfect. This is how people with long femurs often look.

i have a bit of knee slide sometimes, I don't lean over immediately instead started the rep with knees only, my arms do moron stuff by rotating down, and my writsts are bent.

I squat 500 lbs for reps and my calves are as bad as yours
And I even tried to train them because people outside of the gym think I am a curl bro due to my big upper body, despite squats being my single best lift (I actually suck a lot in the bench and especially the deadlift)
