High test music?

What is some high test, masculine music for lifting? I have been listening to too much girly music lately and I feel like it is affecting me.

The correct answer is metal. Seethe harder.

      don't listen to music

I would agree with this except for the fact that my gym blasts shitty pop music on the loudspeaker. They're basically forcing me to distract myself with my own music, or at least a podcast.

real answer , I fricking hate how much of the gym is catered to getting people "through" their workout with tvs , nightclub ass music

A lot of people dont realize their energy is subtly influenced in a bajillion ways in a commercial gym. To scared to be alone with their own thoughts that there always has to be noise drowning it out.

Nothing like clearing your head out with some heavy lifts. The only things in my mind when I lift heavy are the cues on how to lift properly, and the rep count.
There's "difficult problems"-heavy and "I'm sad"-heavy, but none of those are 300 lbs-heavy, so they'll just have to wait until you're done.
On the other hand, if I'm not lifting heavy, I'll take some problems with me into the gym and work on them while I lift. I've solved more issues on my exercise mat, while jogging or while swinging my kettlebell than I have solved with phone calls and meetings.

      >Paleface
That band is so fricking corny. Some good beatdown riffs here and there but the corey taylor impression-tier vocals and the "i'm... le crazy" lyrics make their shit almost unlistenable.
I'm convinced the only europeans capable of making non-corny hardcore are brits and I say that as someone who went to a Rise of the Northstar show. Actually even british shit like six ft ditch is a bit cringe.
