I did the HIT meme workout for a year, going to failure everytime, and my strength gains were non existent.
It takes months to add another rep or more weight to a lift with that heavy duty shit.
My muscles got bigger, but it's more like they're bloated by inflammation rather than actual myofibrillar hypertrophy.

Each compound has different variation of each. The higher androgen the better strength you get, higher anabolic the more lean tissue it builds. High doses of both = strong and lots lean tissue....

There is a study that showed that hobby lifters and normies have no idea what real muscle failure is. People heavily underestimated their strength. They did some exercise and were asked after that how they would rate their effort on a RPE Scale. They rated it pretty high. They did another set and were motivated hard by others, screaming at them to do more reps and they managed to do around 5 more than before.
HIT failure are most of the times people who never relly scratched real muscle failures. Does it work? Yes, I believe so. Confirmed by studies. Is it a traning method for you? Most likely not. I do not train like this because I train alone and I am not able to reach muscle failure without risking injuries.
