How do feel like shit? Like muscle sore? That’s normal if you don’t work out.

    Did you get enough sleep?

    Did you eat enough protein?

Do you chronically feel like shit cause you’re lazy/ unhealthy?

    Did you overdo your workout?

Is it a coincidence and you have something else?

Many many factors here. Working out should and does make you feel good.

      >Did you overdo your workout?
not op but how can you tell? serious question
i do one compound in the 3-5 rep range for 3-5 sets depending on the exercise, another compound in the 6-10 rep range 3 sets and some back work 3x8-12 where i go balls to the wall in the last set and one or two isolation exercises (usually lat raises or triceps work) also to complete form breakdown and i feel fine right after, i dont get super gassed during the workout but the next day my cns? i guess is completely fricked, obv some soreness too but it just seems like my cns cant keep up even though i have DYEL lifts, eat a lot of protein and 3k calories of clean foods a day. i do this 4x a week in an UL split but i was always told newer lifters shouldnt really experience this cuz the weight im moving is not really high or is all relative? e.g. if its in the 3-5 rep range, its heavy, even if its only for me because im weak.

Your test levels are too low to recover easily. Most men have very poor test naturally, it requires good genetics, diet, and perfect sleep schedule, which 99% of guys don't have.

Use steroids. You will recover quick and gain muscle quickly.

fricking up your muscles regularly (so expending energy) won't make you feel more energetic or good
the goal is to build more muscle, to be stronger, to be more intimidating and what not, you're gonna pay for that with pain and fatigue
it's not a bad thing though, exhausting yourself physically in a controlled way is a good thing to do in a modern sedentary lifestyle

emulate success, do you consider being active and healthy spending an hour in a gym?
or do you consider being active and healthy running outside in the fresh air and performing various activities.
    Gyms are for virgins.

Fitness or being fit is not something that you achieve instantly, everything takes time and effort, even things that happen involuntarily such as nails or hair growing drains resources from your body.
Becoming a fit person is an exercise of willpower and discipline. You feel bad in the present to feel good in the future, you will feel much better on the long term than if you did not work out.
There is no easy way out Anon, you are the only one that can live your life and make yourself feel better, no one else will do it for you. You can do it.

Why would I feel better in the "future" and when this future will ever happen?
I am 28 , my hair is thinning and my face is all ugly so only ugly girls don't ghost me after 1 mag, I am lonely and alienated and lifting won't solve any of these problems. I have trouble to motivate my workouts in any meaningful way it's just habit at this point
